Hello, I'm Tasfia, I'm a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with a passion to help individuals reach their personal goals. I have over 10 years experience providing individual therapy, family work and case management for children, adolescents and adults. My approach to therapy is cohesive and client-centered. I assist individuals identify their strengths and barriers through individual therapy, behavioral rehabilitation, and collateral support within a multicultural community.

I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. I enjoy working on helping individuals manage life transitions such as family, school, work ,etc. I enjoy working with individuals that are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to reach their goals. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious.
