Hola! Just pause for a moment and give yourself credit for taking the first step toward bettering your mental health. I know it can feel empowering, confusing, and maybe even a little scary all at once, but you're here, and that's a huge step in itself.
I'm a bilingual LCSW based in Southern California, practicing for about 5 years. I help clients manage emotional distress, regulate behavior, and work toward lasting change. I build trust and provide a safe space where we normalize that life includes both highs and lows across emotional, social, and developmental areas. It would be both an honor and a privilege to accompany you on this part of your journey.

I have over 16 years of clinical experience and have helped hundreds of clients throughout my practice. In my therapy practice, I have extensive experience working with forensic populations, which involves providing psychological services to individuals within the criminal justice system. This includes working with clients who have been incarcerated, on probation, or involved in legal proceedings. My approach is tailored to address the complex and multifaceted needs of this population, which often includes a range of psychological disorders.
I utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients manage and overcome various psychological issues. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which are particularly effective for addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and personality disorders. I also have experience providing individual therapy to persons experiencing life stressors, anxiety, depression, PTSD and a myriad of other
psychological and life issues through online therapy platforms.

I received my Masters from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and I have been practicing for 7+ years. I primarily focus on utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients overcome anxiety, depression, addiction, life transition, etc., by helping clients understand their own thought patterns, that trigger these distress, challenge them, create new more functional beliefs.
I'm Tanner Furgeson, and I believe that therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine, collaborative relationship. Hi, I’m Robyn Slayton-Lopez, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel supportive, genuine, and, even when we’re doing hard work, sometimes a little bit human and real. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, substance use, and dual diagnoses. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism, through an affirming and strengths-based lens.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each person I work with. I draw from evidence-based models such as CBT, DBT, Inference-based CBT, and ERP, blending them with creative, collaborative strategies that make therapy meaningful and engaging. I want clients to feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that actually work in their day-to-day lives.
I don’t believe therapy has to feel clinical or stuffy. You can expect a mix of warmth, humor, and honesty in our sessions, because real healing happens when you can show up as your full self, without judgment.
If you’re ready to work with someone who understands both the science of mental health and the uniqueness of being human, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Do you feel lost, hopeless, or stuck? Do you find yourself worried and self-conscious? Are you experiencing conflict with family members, co-workers, or other important relationships in your life? Are you a parent wanting extra support? You are not alone. My style is nurturing, kind, empathetic, and patient. I am here to establish a safe environment where you will be respected, heard, and validated. Therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs. I meet clients where they are at and work at their pace to achieve hope, empowerment, and growth.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping teens and adults overcome struggles, achieve transformation, and live a meaningful life. I developed a passion early on for working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum and supporting parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children. In addition, I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions and interpersonal relationships.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and understanding. I partner with clients to explore patterns, build coping skills, and develop greater self-awareness in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. My work is informed by trauma-informed care and a holistic perspective that honors each client’s lived experience. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with their values.
I have a passion for learning, helping and growing with you. We are social beings, each with our own story, unique abilities, and personal struggles; let’s stop being alone with the things we have been told are “weird” or “bad,” let’s find a way to be both our best selves and best for others around us. We are not defined by our mistakes, and we are not defined by a diagnosis. We choose how we take control of ourselves presently and in the future.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and approximately 7 years of experience in the field of therapeutic services. My professional background includes experience in psychiatric hospitalization settings, substance use treatment programs, and private practice. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of mental health needs across different levels of care and life stages.
In my work, I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change in their lives and relationships. I help clients feel more understood, supported, and less alone in what they are facing. I support people in managing symptoms, building coping skills, and improving emotional and relational functioning. Over time, I work to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and others, while also moving toward a more meaningful and balanced life.

I often assign homework between sessions. This might look like exercises or activities to engage in, or prompts to consider and reflect upon.
I want for you to feel heard, understood, and validated. At the same time, know that I will challenge you when it is appropriate, and encourage you to experiment with doing things differently than you may have done before.
Relief & healing is possible, change and flourishing is possible, but not without effort on your part. Therapy is about getting the support you need, while learning ways to cope, recover, grow, and thrive.

Hello! My name is Mackenzie Maurer and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've been working as a clinical therapist since 2017. I graduated with my MSW from Cal State University, Los Angeles and became licensed in 2021. I became a social worker because it aligned well with my belief in social justice and working as a therapist has only strengthened this belief. I am lucky to really love what I do and I feel honored to get to witness my clients' growth in the therapeutic process.
I help my clients realize their personal goals through a trauma-informed and empathic approach. My expertise is working with people who have experienced a traumatic event and/or are experiencing mental health struggles/issues, helping them uncover obstacles that hinder their ability to reach their fullest potential. My lived experience brought me to help others as I would have loved to be helped: someone to tell me I’m not alone. Life is hard, and traumas become unbearable without someone in your corner to help process what you have been through.
You are brave and have the answers you need, but you may want help right now to “tune in” to those answers. Stress, overwhelm, and long-term patterns may be too much right now. Using a trauma-informed, client-centered and empathetic approach, I can help you confront and integrate painful experiences, addressing and healing the root along with the symptoms. I specialize in complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, relationship problems and the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and grief that can go along with these problems. I have been in the field of psychology either learning, researching, or providing services for almost 40 years. I have over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed educational services, mental/emotional health therapy, and grief counseling.
Hello, I’m Dr. Cami, a psychologist providing telehealth services to adults in California. I am a native of the Central Valley in California and come from a diverse cultural community. I currently reside in the beautiful country of Norway and enjoy downhill skiing, hiking, gardening, traveling, and learning new languages.
As a psychologist, I am passionate about helping individuals develop helpful strategies to effectively navigate their path and the roadblocks that may arise on their journey in life. Upon feeling effective, it is a beautiful experience to walk with the individual as they re-story past hurts, emotions, and experiences into a story of empowerment and growth. As a therapist, this is the gift of therapy: a transactional experience of growth in the therapeutic relationship in which both I, and the client walk along the path of reclaiming self-compassion and identity.
In my work, I use warmth, humor, and a nonjudgmental approach to develop a strong alliance with my clients, grounded in authenticity and acceptance. I view therapy as a collaborative experience in which I encourage clients to approach challenges with curiosity and self-compassion. My clients have described me as open to learning and understanding their cultural values and beliefs, warm, easy to talk to, empathic and humorous in session.
If I were to use one sentence, to sum up my view of a healthy therapeutic treatment experience, it would be: Therapy, in its purity, is a place where an individual is validated, supported, and empowered to thrive on their path in life.

Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my master’s degree from Pepperdine University and have dedicated my career to supporting individuals, children, and families through meaningful healing and growth.

Hello, I'm Samantha a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to adolescents and adults throughout California and Oregon. I specialize in supporting clients who are managing stress, navigating life transitions, and coping with anxiety.
Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re adjusting to a new role, facing uncertainty, or dealing with persistent worry. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe therapy works best as a partnership—one where your voice is valued and your experiences are respected. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and identify practical, realistic tools that align with your lifestyle and personal goals. I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on.
We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness."
I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.
