Have you had a life experience or experiences recently or in the past, that have impacted how you feel about yourself? How do you relate to others, and/or your enjoyment of your day-to-day life? I will support you in the healing of your emotional pain, self-discovery and fulfillment. Together we will identify the issues, and build resources that will allow you to reach your goals. I provide a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. I utilize, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. An awareness of the Body and Mind connection, is a highly valued tool in my practice, that I will share with you.
You will get tools to practice between sessions. I will do my part to make sure you leave the sessions with an expanded perspective of yourself, and the goals you would like to work on in therapy.
I utilize EMDR, Mindfulness exercises to reduce symptoms of Anxiety, and Depression. I, also use an integrative approach of CBT, Parts Work, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
My biggest strengths are to meet you where you are and to honor your autonomy to decide what is best for you, while I offer reflection, and contact what I observe.
