I’m Arturo, and I’m honored you’re here. My work as a therapist is grounded in resilience, compassion, and deep respect for the courage it takes to ask for support. After 24 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, including combat deployments, I transitioned into clinical work, earning a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (MFT) from Pepperdine University.
For the past four years, I’ve worked with underrepresented communities, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. I’m especially committed to creating a safe, confidential space where men can speak openly—man to man—about the challenges we often carry silently. I also work with couples using Gottman‑informed approaches to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional relief, or stronger relationships, I offer practical tools, steady support, and a collaborative path toward healing and meaningful change.
I offer a space where your pain can soften, your story can unfold gently, and you can be met with warmth and compassion without judgment. I draw from CBT, TF-CBT, MI, mindfulness, and person-centered, holistic practices — not as rigid techniques, but as tools we weave into the moments when you need grounding, clarity, or a way to steady yourself. Over time, your voice gets stronger. Your patterns make more sense. And the parts of you that learned to survive begin to feel safe enough to soften.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist makes all the difference. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable talking openly about what you’re experiencing. Together we’ll build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Our world is a busy and ever-changing place. With these changes can come stressors that can lead to anxiety, depression and interpersonal struggles. Do you find yourself unable to focus, or maybe struggling to enjoy things you once loved? Sometimes, we all need a place to be heard and understood. Sometimes, we just need some space to share and explore our own emotions in a non-judgemental and unbiased space.
There is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy, I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you to achieve your goals and find peace. I practice an open, empathic approach to therapy using multiple different evidence-based modalities to help find a good fit for you as an individual.
Reaching out for help can be difficult and takes a great deal of strength, I am so glad you are here and taking these first steps. My name is Trent, and I am pleased to assist you in addressing the behavioral health concerns you've brought to your journey with me today. As a Client-Centered and Solution-Focused therapist, my goal is to support you in defining and achieving your personal dreams and aspirations.
To begin, I would like to introduce the "miracle question." This exercise will help us envision what your ideal life would look like if you were to wake up tomorrow with everything in place as you hope. Once we establish this vision, we can prioritize your goals and collaborate on developing strategies and coping mechanisms that align with your desired outcomes. It's important to recognize that your fulfillment is shaped by your efforts and the meaningful interactions that you've identified as significant.
Once we've created a treatment plan based on your objectives, we will work through each goal step by step. Regular check-ins will allow us to assess your feelings about your progress and make any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan, including the addition of new goals as they arise. Please keep in mind that the therapeutic process can sometimes feel challenging before it improves, so your feedback is crucial. It will enable me to adapt your treatment plan to ensure that your therapeutic goals are being effectively addressed.
Should you wish to schedule your first session, I invite you to check my calendar for available slots and self-book at your convenience. I look forward to meeting with you soon. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out for support or with any questions or concerns you may have. I strive to respond to chat messages within 24 hours when possible.
Congratulations on taking this significant step toward your therapeutic goals!

I am passionate about the impact of spirituality in mental health therapy. As an attachment informed humanist LPCC, I consider the bio-psycho-social-spiritual/existential condition of the folks with whom I work. Healing is a matter of integrating the disparate and fragmented parts of life. Empathy, acceptance, positive regard, and genuineness are crucial elements for effective therapy and these are the characteristics I seek to cultivate in my practice. As far as a specific toolkit, CBT and Motivational Interviewing are the primary evidence based methodologies I employ to be with people in their self-paced, goal oriented healing efforts. Those who want to examine the angst, anxiety, disquiet, and friction in their lives will find a fellow traveler in me.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), and Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD), I create a safe, supportive space where clients can navigate complex trauma, betrayal trauma, and family-of-origin dysfunction. I specialize in helping individuals heal from environments marked by abuse, fear, instability, coercive control, neglect, poor boundaries, and addiction—often resulting in intergenerational trauma and nervous system-level injury.
My focus includes recovery from narcissistic abuse, enmeshments, and trauma bonds. Additionally, as a Dialectical Behavior Therapy Clinician (C-DBT), Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP), and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I help clients validate their experiences, normalize emotions, and build resilience.
I grew up in an environment where mental health was never discussed; this sparked an early interest in the unspoken challenges I observed. As a dual major in psychology and sociology, my coursework was impactful, and the lessons continued in graduate school, where I earned dual master’s degrees in social work and public administration. I interned at a domestic abuse shelter, a short-term residential crisis center, and a community behavioral health facility, and completed specialized trauma-informed care training.
My professional experience includes working at a nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, serving as a behavioral specialist for children with autism, ADHD, and adjustment challenges, and supervising social workers at county behavioral health agencies. I have also managed case management teams assisting individuals with catastrophic illnesses, and led project teams of case investigators, contact tracers, data analysts, and public health nurses responding to infectious disease outbreaks. I remain deeply committed to helping clients heal from psychological, emotional, and other forms of abuse and mental injury, as these challenges can affect every facet of life and well-being.

Hello, my name is Elena, which means “shining light.” I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing since 2015, when I earned my Master’s in Social Work. Throughout my career, I have worked in a wide range of settings, including hospitals, mental health clinics, domestic violence shelters, foster care, addiction treatment centers, and jails. These diverse experiences have helped me discover what I value most in my work: making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people I serve. Whether I am supporting someone through depression, helping them manage anxiety, processing long-held trauma, or simply offering a safe space to be heard, I find deep fulfillment in walking alongside others on their healing journey. True to the meaning of my name, I strive to be a source of hope and light for those I meet, believing that even small moments of connection can create lasting change.
Hello, my name is Lee. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with the state of California. I spent the majority of my career helping people with severe mental illness to achieve stability while searching for meaning within acute care settings. For the past 5 years I’ve been working with team of specialists looking to incorporate more trauma based treatment into the state facilities. Through this exploration I’ve developed a deeper understanding between the interplay of trauma and childhood experiences. The connection between trauma and all of the maladaptive coping styles that I saw in group homes, recovery centers and the VA, became apparent to me. What some might call symptoms I might interpret as adaptations to deal with life. That fundamental understanding is what makes me the therapist that I am. In the words of Anita Sawyer PhD, “It’s those who are comfortable with ambiguity that can see unique perspectives to bridge connection. Connection is the essence of healing.”
I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist who focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where people can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. My approach blends evidence-based practices with genuine connection to help clients build insight, resilience, and confidence. My style is collaborative and empathetic, communicating in a way that feels grounding and approachable. This combination makes clients feel both heard and guided.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board Certified Registered Art Therapist. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University. Classes in the MFT program also met the requirements for the American Art therapy Association for art therapy.
I am also a Christian and provide therapy from that perspective for those who want their faith to be a part of the therapy process. I believe our spiritual well-being and relationship with God can have a significant influence on all other areas of our lives including mental health. I have a holistic approach to therapy looking at how mental, physical, and spiritual health impact each other in both positive and negative ways.
I have experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) supporting clients in gaining a healthier relationship with their thoughts and feelings. I have worked extensively with clients in coping with depression, stress and anxiety, as well as in processing grief, loss, and life transitions. I am passionate about making mental health services more readily available to those who need it and normalizing the need for them.
I understand the apprehension in seeking therapy and counseling. I also understand the importance of obtaining therapy in a safe and non-judgmental environment. There are times when we all face a need to seek counsel and professional therapy with someone who is able to relate to your struggles. My clients are provided a safe and understanding environment; an environment where we are able to focus on "solutions".
