I’m a licensed Marriage & Family therapist with 18 yrs plus of experience helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with veterans, first responders, and survivors of sexual assault—supporting those who carry visible and invisible wounds with strength, resilience, and courage. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in practical, evidence-based strategies that help build lasting change. I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, valued, and genuinely understood, while providing practical tools to help you restore balance, strengthen confidence, and move forward with renewed clarity and purpose. Every persons story is unique, and I tailor our work together to honor your experiences and goals.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I’m a laid-back, soft spoken type of therapist that wants to get to know my people before delving into their struggles and identifying what their goals are.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What stands out most about my therapeutic approach is the balance I create between deep empathy and practical results. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel genuinely heard and understood, allowing me to tailor each session to that individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
The individuals I work best with often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. They may be working through trauma, ongoing stress, major life transitions, relationship difficulties, burnout, or persistent self-doubt. While they often appear capable and accomplished on the outside, internally they may feel disconnected, stretched thin, or uncertain about themselves and their direction.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and/or anger. This is accomplished by assisting clients with developing coping strategies and problem-solving skills that address their specific challenges.
Motivational Interviewing
This is often used with the clients internal motivation to change. Its achieved through open-ended questions, supportive listening, and affirmations that help the clients identify their own motivations and develop momentum.

Very easy for me to communicate with Anthony, no matter what the subject matter may be. Answers my questions directly and also gives options when there are options. I just feel comfortable in talking to him no matter what the subject matter may be.

I have been looking for a provider for a long time and he stands out because he’s relatable. He makes me feel like I’ve know him for years when we talk. He’s open minded and direct with questions that make you think your feelings out by answering them. And by doing so it gives clarity, solutions, and it helps your overall mindset about your situations and life in general. He is very down to earth and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
