I’m a licensed Marriage & Family therapist with 18 yrs plus of experience helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with veterans, first responders, and survivors of sexual assault—supporting those who carry visible and invisible wounds with strength, resilience, and courage. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in practical, evidence-based strategies that help build lasting change. I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, valued, and genuinely understood, while providing practical tools to help you restore balance, strengthen confidence, and move forward with renewed clarity and purpose. Every persons story is unique, and I tailor our work together to honor your experiences and goals.
I’m a laid-back, soft spoken type of therapist that wants to get to know my people before delving into their struggles and identifying what their goals are.
What stands out most about my therapeutic approach is the balance I create between deep empathy and practical results. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel genuinely heard and understood, allowing me to tailor each session to that individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
The individuals I work best with often feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves and their lives. They may be navigating the effects of trauma, chronic stress, major life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, anxiety, or persistent self-doubt. Although they often appear capable, successful, and resilient to others, they may internally feel stretched thin, uncertain, and exhausted. Together, we create space to process experiences, build insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with a greater sense of clarity, confidence, and purpose.

He always listens to what ever may be on my mind, good, bad or indifferent and always offers advice or direction. The sessions end on positive notes and leaves me in very comfortable positions regarding any issues I may of had since our last session.

Anthony has helped me find ways to manage my stress and anxiety in healthier ways. He's very understanding and authentic, presenting possible reasons/solutions in a respectable, inquisitive way. All conversations with him feel 100% judgment-free, as it really does feel like he tries to go the extra mile for you. If you struggle with past trauma, stress, and/or anxiety, Anthony can help you work through it.

He is very patient. Nice. Listens because I have had a hell of a six months so I rambled. LOL. Told me a little about himself. I think he is the therapist that can understand.
