Welcome! I'm Mia Grajeda-Willard, LCSW. I am the proud spouse of a Marine Corp. veteran and the granddaughter of a World War II veteran. These amazing humans are proud of their military service and the legacy it provides their families for generations to come. While that is true, what is also true is that transitioning from military life back to civilian life was a struggle for them, as I know it is for many veterans and their families.
I have committed my career to serving those who served this country by walking alongside veterans, and their family members to affirm their identity, transition back to civilian life, heal from painful traumas, and reconcile ruptures in relationships that may have resulted in challenges from military life or pre-military childhood upbringings.

Hello. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a Masters of Science in psychology from California State University, Stanislaus. I have worked with people across the spectrum of life, from parents with newborns, children, teens, adults , and the elderly. It is my hope to help people improve their relationships, whether it is with themselves, the family or the community that they belong in.
My focus is on cognitive behavioral therapy and complicated grief therapy. Sometimes we have to face our losses to be able to move forward, sometimes we have to confront our negative thoughts to clear our mind and focus on what is in front of us now.
We try to cope with the world’s challenges based on the values and strengths we built during childhood, but there are many ways to rekindle our creativity and joy as adults to re imagine a new path.
I am a compassionate listener who can hold a non- judgemental space for patients to share their beliefs, desires and concerns.
Do you feel trapped by work stress or family problems?
Maybe a recent life event has turned your world upside down. Or perhaps you feel stuck—unable to reach your full potential or reconnect with the things that once made you happy.
I have dedicated over 13 years to working with teens, adults, and families, helping strengthen relationships and uncover the best in every individual.

I want to help you overcome the trauma and help you regain back your strength and power. Through our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to heal from your past and/or current stressors that are affecting you. Hi, I’m Jacob Mooradian. I earned my bachelor’s degree from CSU Fullerton and my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, where I focused on mental health and supporting people through life’s challenges. I take a down-to-earth, non-directive approach rooted in CBT, helping you understand the patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can eventually become your own therapist. I love bringing in media like movies, TV shows, sports, and current trends to make our conversations relatable, engaging, and grounded in real life. My goal is to validate your experiences, help you gain clarity, and build practical tools you can use every day. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow with confidence and independence.
Hi, I’m Linn.
If you’ve found your way here, you might be carrying stress, loss, or uncertainty, and you’re ready for things to feel different. My role is to walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and clear tools for real, lasting change.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who blends evidence-based practices with mindful, soulful presence. I integrate approaches that help you calm your nervous system, understand your emotions, and reconnect with your natural capacity for healing. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, rooted in deep respect for your individual journey.
In our work together, we’ll look at what’s happening on the surface and beneath it, exploring the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shape how you relate to yourself and others. I often draw from mindfulness, body-based awareness, and Internal Family Systems to help you find steadiness and clarity from the inside out.
I support teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and grief, including the complex grief that follows suicide loss. My approach is both practical and deeply human: together, we’ll work toward relief in the present while cultivating resilience, purpose, and meaning for the future.
Most of all, therapy with me is a safe, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, it’s about remembering who you are and discovering new ways to live from that truth.
If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’d be honored to walk with you.

Have you lived through an event or series of events that impact your daily living? The human spirit can survive some of the most tragic and heartbreaking experiences. These experiences can leave us feeling guilty, confused, frustrated, and hopeless. I specialize in treating trauma in adolescents and adults by empowering clients to redefine these events and allow themselves to practice self-compassion. I also treat the co-occurring disorders that often accompany trauma, such as anxiety, depression, and grief and loss.
I primarily use a trauma-informed perspective and knowledge from cognitive neuroscience to deliver holistic mental health services. My hope is that clients gain insight into normal trauma responses to help reframe the guilt and shame that may arise. I want to collaborate with clients to discover where their inner critic thoughts and feelings originate from and decipher whether they are based on reality or are a result of your brain and body being trapped in survival mode.
If you have stumbled upon this page, this should signal to you that your body and mind already recognize the need for change and acceptance. You have been built for resiliency! Let’s uncover it together.

I believe that therapy can heal, but I also know that telling a stranger about your deepest pain can be a strange feeling. Perhaps you've been feeling sad, depressed or worried, and hopeless that anything in your life can change. Or maybe you aren't sure what you would even want help with. You know you feel bad, but if someone were to ask you "How can I help?", you aren't sure what you would say.
These problems can feel permanent and unsolvable. After all, something feels broken and unfixable, so how could you not feel that it takes all the energy you have just to get up in the morning and go about your day? Depression or anxiety can also feel isolating, as if nobody else could possibly understand. You may have even received advice from people who you feel mean well but can't understand what you're going through.
Depression and anxiety are not permanent or unfixable, and therapy can help. Imagine feeling peace of mind, and excited about life and its possibilities. It starts by learning about you and going at your pace. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 16 years experience working with adults and teens, I've seen therapy work, and I feel lucky that I get to be part of that journey for others.
Welcome, I'm Michelle Ulloa.

I spent the a decade working in the addiction treatment industry. Working in that industry opened my eyes to the need for adequate trauma treatment so I became trained as an EMDR practitioner. In studying mind- body approaches to trauma, such as EMDR, I learned about the effectiveness of Eastern Practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation in treating a range of psychological challenges.Personally experiencing the benefits of a mindfulness practice led me to obtain formal training in the study of yoga, Tai Chi and mediation so I could bring those benefits to my clients as well. Currently, I specialize in treating a wide range of psychological challenges using integrative approaches such as mindfulness based and trauma informed approaches.

I am a psychotherapist, a meditation teacher, and an amateur naturalist. In my home country, I am licensed to conduct learning disability evaluations. My growing up was first-hand impacted by 3 very different languages and cultures. These cultures informed the style of my relationships and my esthetic preferences. For as long as I can remember, I have been mystified by human memory functioning, first as a scientist, then as a meditator. Having gone a long way from trying to remember everything I deemed worth remembering to a more effortless and drama-free attitude toward memory-creating moments, I am still making sense of what it means to integrate each moment of life as it comes. Approaching this subject experientially and relationally informs who I am as a practitioner and as a person.
If topics like cognitive functioning, memory styles and focus make your curiosity antennas hum, this is a place for you.
My approach to psychotherapy is highly relational and somewhat didactic. I love to explain everything I see and say at every step of the process. With me, you will never experience a blank screen characteristic of traditional psychoanalytic approaches (from which I draw inspiration in the realm of dream interpretation and theory).

Hey there! I'm a young clinician that enjoys aiding clients through major and minor life transitions. I prefer a interactive, conversational style that allows for free flowing rapport building and client comfort through the treatment process. I know that counseling/therapy is not an easy situation to put oneself in, but if I can ease it in any way possible, that is the goal, so that we can focus on what most matters to you.
