Welcome, I'm so glad you've found your way here! I specialize in supporting teens and young adults as they navigate life's challenges, such as anxiety, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. Together, we'll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and understand the aspects of yourself that may be causing internal friction. As your therapist, my goal is to guide you toward greater understanding, compassion, and self-acceptance. I believe in working together to identify and address the unique challenges that may be holding you back or keeping you stuck in unhelpful patterns.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our sessions, I draw from a blend of approaches rooted in compassion and warmth. I incorporate curiosity, empathy, and mindfulness techniques tailored to meet your specific needs in the moment. I've also been trained in EMDR therapy, enabling me to support individuals healing from past traumas and finding relief from PTSD symptoms.

My clients are generally high achievers, who feel like they are carrying the weight of the world. They are used to "doing it on their own", but realizing they want help setting down some of that weight, and finding healthier ways to cope moving forward.

I am a compassion focused therapist, helping clients understand their feelings and behaviors, and empower them to find more kindness toward themselves as they work to improve their lives.
