I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in MD/DC/VA/DE I received my Masters from the Walden University and have been practicing for 6 years. I have been working with clients – adolescents to elderly - who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, depressed and anxious; but are looking for necessary tools to make their life better mentally without stigma.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we'll start with short introductions, then get into the detailed challenges and stressors you're encountering. With active listening, I will assist in creating a person-centered strategy to work with in follow-up sessions.

I have worked clients from adolescents to elderly clients for the past 6 years. I have established a method and fine-tuned the root cause of your challenges and stressors. I have also created person-centered plans that has made that lead to calculable improvement.
