In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on building a strong, positive rapport, laying the foundation to help you achieve your life goals. My practice is unique because I take an eclectic approach to therapy, recognizing that every person is unique and deserves a personalized treatment plan.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am deeply passionate about this work because it is incredibly fulfilling to walk alongside individuals on their journey, watching them grow and transform. Let’s walk this journey together. Remember two things: 1. You are an all important person, and 2. You are not alone in this journey of life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I help client reframe their 'stinking thinking' and help them work through distortions. We learn together ways to silence the inner critic.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use different DBT skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness. Between STOP, DEAR MAN, ACCEPT, etc. we learn to act in the Wise mind.

Grief Therapy

The grief process is thick and full of conflicting emotions. We work together through the grieving process with self-kindness and patience.

Motivational Interviewing

Let's get down to the core of the change you wish to do and build up that self-confidence to make it happen.

Trauma Informed Care

I understand the impact trauma may have on an individual. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and most importantly empowering environment for you to share safely.
