Hi There! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with 14+ years of professional work experience. I have helped clients in the areas of stress, anxiety, situational depression, grief, life adjustments, and Christian Counseling. I believe in working together to create individualized coping skills to meet your needs. I am here to help you in your mental health process.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect an environment where you feel free to be yourself. You can expect to discuss your therapeutic goals, so there is a blueprint of what you would like to accomplish. In every session, you can expect to be heard, supported, encouraged, and empowered.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, I practice active listening. I believe in providing my clients with a variety of individualized coping skills. I come alongside you and patiently walk with you in the mental health process.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I look forward to working with adult individuals who are committed to reaching their mental health goals. I enjoy clients that are transparent when exploring their thoughts and feelings. I find it fulfilling to support people as they navigate through their mental health process.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) for 14+ years. I have found CBT helps my clients to identify thoughts, feelings, and behaviors associated with their area of concern. This knowledge allows us (the therapist and client as a team) to develop healthy coping skills to address the area of concern.

Christian Counseling

I have utilized Christian Counseling along with Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) for 14+ years. Many of my clients like to combine their religious belief system with solid clinical treatment methods. Clients, even those who choose not to incorporate their religious belief system into their sessions, find it helpful to engage with someone who understands their background and speaks their "language".
