My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use CBT by first helping clients identify specific, problematic thought patterns. Together, we break down these thoughts and explore how they influence emotional reactions and behaviors. Once this connection is clear, I guide clients through practical exercises, such as thought challenging, behavior activation, and exposure therapy (if needed), to help them shift these patterns.
