Hello! I'm a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW. I received my Master's from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and have been practicing therapy for the last 3 years. I bring a client-centered approach to my work and help young adults struggling with anxiety, life transitions, and identity formation.I am committed to making a positive impact through compassionate, evidence-based practices and look forward to supporting others on their healing journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During my first session with clients, I take some time to get to know them, as well as what brings them in. I review confidentiality, as well as talk about what their previous experience in therapy has been like, and what has worked well for them in the past. Additionally, I collaborate with them on what goals they would like to work on in therapy together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My collective strengths as a provider contribute to my ability to make a meaningful impact on individuals and communities through compassionate and effective mental health care. Some of those strengths include utilizing a client-centered approach, comprehensive clinical experience, effective resource management, and holding a non-judgmental and safe space for clients.
