Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist with 12+ years post-master's experience. My two speciality areas are college age youth and adults in perinatal and parenting journey. My casual and collaborative style often works well for youth working through difficult life decisions/transitions, relationships, family and relationships conflict. Clients often come to me wanting to address anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and postpartum transition identify their emotions/thoughts, strengthen inner resources and work together to find a pathway forward.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we get to know each other, discuss your history, needs, and therapeutic goals. I leave space for you to ask me any questions and ultimately we are assessing whether it feels like a good match.
