I'm an LMFT based in California. I have a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and have been practicing as a therapist for 8 years. I help adults experiencing life changes, anxiety, and also hormonal changes. I use empathy, compassion, and respect in every session and hope to make clients feel comfortable and welcomed, and free to be themselves. Often clients do not come in for trauma specifically, but more often than not, trauma and grief come up in a client’s past or childhood, so I am trauma-informed and very experienced in treating trauma. I am flexible for using part of a session for the “here and now” immediate goals, and part of session for healing old wounds, for more deep healing.
We will get to know each other and establish trust and a sense of ease and comfort in session. Then examine the specific challenges you're facing, goals you’d like to form, and create a tailored plan for us to work through.
Having worked with young professionals and college students for the past 8 years, I've developed a strategy for helping you identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. I strive to create a warm and welcoming space that clients look forward to joining. I hope it’s a space you feel comfortable and even excited to join and learn about yourself, and have a 50 minute session that’s completely about your goals and your needs.
