Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I have been practicing counseling for over 10 years. In addition, to counseling I have been a yoga and meditation teacher for over 10 years. My experiences and training allows me to help clients become the best version of themselves by collaboratively working together to address their identified means from a holistic point of view.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will spend time to get to know one another. Then explore what brought you into counseling and the specific things you would like to focus on. We will collaboratively develop a plan to address your specific needs.

Having spent years working with people in a healing capacity I value each individual experience, collaboratively work to develop goals and individualized strategies to address needs of each individual in a caring, trusting and safe environment.
