My treatment methods

Eclectic

In my practice, I use an eclectic approach which allows me to utilize various treatment modalities to better assist my clients and treat their specific needs. For example, I may use a strength-based approach, using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) as well as a solution Focused approach. I have found this approach to be beneficial to my clients as they typically have various concerns that using an eclectic approach can be a better option for them.

Family Therapy

I have been working with children and families for 12 yrs and have found this approach to be beneficial as we address the needs of the family as a whole using a family systems approach rather than an individual one to better strengthen communication, relationships and more.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As I have worked with individuals utilizing a CBT approach, we collaborate and disucss areas of concenr and develop a structured plan of ways to address negative thought patterns and core beliefs. CBT is evidenced based in working with those who struggle with anxiety and depression and has been found to be one of the best forms of treatment.
