About me

Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I have been providing therapy since 2006. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT). I work with a variety of mental health areas, including mood, grief and loss, self-harm, and more. My primary experience has been with adolescents while working in Residential Treatment. I provide telehealth and in person sessions. For in person sessions, I do pet assisted therapy with Bean, my chocolate labrador retriever, as a Certified Pet Therapy Team. I enjoy using therapeutic art when applicable, integrating humor when appropriate, and believe in letting you lead the session.

Researching providers in my network introduced me to grow therapy and Sarah's direct and efficient demeanor were very refreshing. We had an excellent 1st session for intake and covered many different aspects. I felt she would be very helpful, trustworthy, and approachable as a client that will be bringing my children and their mother to the sessions. Cheers
