Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor ( LMHC) located in Naples FL. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. My goal is facilitating the growth of my clients through self-awareness, empowerment, and strength-based techniques. I am an empathetic and experienced therapist that provides a safe and nurturing environment where you can heal and grow on your journey. Specialization in ADHD, behavioral issues, teen issues, PTSD/Trauma, Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, First Responder's , Community trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self esteem issues. I use many modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe in meeting my clients where they are at and I look forward to speaking with anyone ready to begin the process of therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session I will gather a history as well as get to know who you are and what has brought you into therapy. We will develop goals for treatment during this session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel I am a very compassionate and empathetic counselor who loves to challenge and guide clients through change, healing and progress.
