Hello, and welcome. I bring 36 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor (plus four years in the field of mental health prior to licensure), having worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings specializing in mental health, addiction, eating disorders, and general psychiatric conditions. Alongside my work in treatment facilities, I have maintained a private practice for the full span of my career, giving me a deep, varied perspective on how people heal and grow.
My current focus includes behavioral change, addiction treatment, communication skills, life coaching, and business consulting. I'm also trained in hypnosis and in critical incident stress debriefing and management, and I have extensive experience supporting military personnel and federal public safety agencies in the aftermath of critical incidents. This background has given me a steady, grounded approach to working with people navigating high-stress, high-stakes situations, as well as those facing everyday life challenges.
Whatever brings you to counseling, my goal is simple: I want you to leave every session feeling better than when you arrived. I bring both clinical expertise and genuine care to our work together, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and equipped with real tools for change. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

Hi there! I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who has been in practice for over 20 years. I help adults manage the struggles of life- stress, relationships, caregiving, life changes, chronic health issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, etc. Therapy is not a one size fits all kind of thing so I can utilize several different types of treatment modalities to help you reach your goals.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I am a social worker with 13 years of experience helping individuals work through life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. I have specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and enjoy helping people better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so they can create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, post-traumatic stress, and other life challenges. My experience working with veterans and their families has given me a deeper understanding of the unique experiences that can affect emotional well-being, while also strengthening my ability to support people from many different backgrounds.

Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create realistic goals that fit your life. My goal is to help you build resilience, gain confidence, and feel better equipped to navigate whatever challenges you may be facing.
Hello, I'm Stacey Hernandez, my personal philosophy on counseling centers on empathy, empowerment, and collaboration. I believe that each individual is unique, and effective counseling involves understanding a person’s specific experiences, struggles, and strengths.
My areas of specialty are in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma, with 14 years of experience in counseling in various settings, such as school settings, children's bereavement center, and rape crisis center. I am dedicated to providing personalized care and support to each client.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping numerous individuals achieve improved mental health, enhanced coping skills, and increased self-awareness. It would be an honor and a privilege to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing, self-discovery, or achieving your goals.
I am first and foremost a lover of people. My approach is authentic, supportive, empathetic, and understanding of the difficulties many experience in life having to manage mental health symptoms, feelings of being alone/misunderstood, dealing with the ramifications of historical trauma and the impact these can have on one's current relationships. My greatest strength is quickly building rapport and focusing on holistic wellness (mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically) and the connection between them. I am devoted to best care practices and excellent service delivery. I align myself well and tend to the immediate needs, desires, and goals of the person I'm working with. I don't believe that therapy is about learning to 'suffer less' but to work towards realizing one's full potential and highest level of functioning, identifying and working to resolve barriers that stand in the way, and developing the ability to trust in oneself, and one's ability to thrive in life. Every goal that is important to my client is important to me.
Hi, I’m Jonathan Cangiano, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, anger, and challenges with emotional regulation. I also have experience working with first responders, law enforcement, and individuals navigating high-stress careers and difficult life experiences.
My approach is person-centered, practical, and collaborative. I draw from approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, and strengths-based therapy to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe therapy should connect to who you are and what matters most to you—not simply focus on symptoms.
Whether you're dealing with something that happened recently or carrying something you've been struggling with for years, we can work together to understand what's happening, identify what you want to change, and develop a path forward.
You don't have to have the right words or know exactly where to start. We'll start where you are
I believe therapy is less about having all the answers and more about having a place where you can be honest about what’s really going on. Life can be complicated, and sometimes we just need someone who will listen without judgment, help us make sense of things, and walk alongside us as we figure out what comes next.
My practice is grounded in connection, curiosity, and creating a space where you can show up as yourself. You don’t have to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. We can start wherever you are and take it from there.
I’m interested in the whole person—not just the problem that brings you in. Together, we can explore the experiences, relationships, patterns, and beliefs that may be shaping how you see yourself and navigate the world. I also believe therapy should be useful outside the room, so our work can include practical tools and new ways of approaching the things that matter most to you.
I don’t believe growth means becoming a different person. To me, it’s often about becoming more connected to who you already are—understanding yourself more deeply, trusting your voice, setting boundaries, and making choices that feel true to you.
My hope is that our work feels like a genuine partnership: a place where you feel seen, understood, and supported while creating meaningful change in your life.

My practice is built around partnership with my clients, working hard to establish and maintain this therapeutic alliance.
