My name is Mikela Ferguson, and I am a Licensed Professional Health Counselor (LPC) in Texas, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I support my clients to address a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, and past trauma. I tailor each session to the client's individual needs using evidence-based approaches and a trauma informed attachment-based paradigm to get the best results. My communication style is calm, supportive, and reassuring. I listen deeply and provide nonjudgmental feedback.
Hi there! I'm so glad that you have taken the step to begin your journey to becoming the best version of yourself...
A little about me, I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kean University in Union, NJ. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings and diverse backgrounds. I have worked within hospitals, residential treatment facilities, community mental health centers, non-profit organizations, schools, major health insurance companies, and private practice.
The past few years have been difficult for so many of us... It seems like any issues we had before the pandemic were put on hold and we were then faced with a brand new set of overwhelming issues to cope with! Now that it seems we are beginning to return to some sense of normalcy, there's finally time to focus on personal growth and healing.
Howdy! I am honored to be a part of your journey of healing and helping you become the best version of yourself. I have a passion for building deeply rooted connections with all of my clients. My experience as a special education teacher, school administrator, high school counselor, and special education counselor for 30 years has provided me the knowledge and skills to work with your child, adolescent, and even adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, addiction, or PTSD. Understanding how these challenges ultimately affect behaviors in the classroom, at home, and in the workplace environments, help fuel my passion to connect, learn and problem solve with my clients and their families on an interpersonal level in an effort to build hope and resilience. I received my education and training in understanding behavioral, emotional, learning and psychological disorders, as well as professional school counseling and mental health counseling from Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas.
As your counselor, my priority and main goal is creating a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Therapy is a collaborative journey centered on your growth and healing, one where we explore meaningful goals, deepen self-awareness, and make sense of your experiences. I will meet you where you are in your life journey and we will go through it at your pace, taking things as they come and building and enhancing skills to overcome not only the memories of the past but also current and future challenges.
My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience.
My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. I may assign homework to reinforce the skills we work on during sessions, as I believe that applying these techniques in your daily life enhances their effectiveness. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress.
I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.
Meeting someone new maybe anxiety provoking, but starting therapy? That is truly a daunting task! You’ve made the first step by recognizing that maybe you should talk to someone. Now, all of these bios sound about the same. Which one to pick? How do you know which one will help you the most? You may be thinking, “oh, forget it, I just can’t make that decision right now.” Or, “I don’t want to sit for an hour and cry while I tell a total stranger my life’s story.” Or, “what if someone finds out that I’m not perfect. What if this person thinks I’m crazy and wants to lock me away forever?“ Or, “no one should have to live like I am right now! I’ve got to have some help. I want someone that has a lot of experience, someone that will relate to me, understand me, NOT judge me or my circumstances, and help me figure out this situation!“
And the answer to all those questions is me! I am here for you. I understand how you feel and I will not judge you. I will not shame you or make you feel guilty. It is my job to help you feel comfortable and at ease. It is my job to get you living and laughing again. I do laughter therapy! I promise to inspire you, empower you, to free you to live your best and happiest life. Life is too short to live depressed or anxious. Set up an appointment with me today and let’s get started. Oh, and by the way, I’ve been doing this for 20 years. I might know a thing or two! 😉
Do you find yourself achieving outward success yet feeling inwardly unsatisfied or burdened? It's time to break free from this cycle! I specialize in helping individuals uncover underlying hurts, pains, and traumas that often hide behind "high-functioning" depression/anxiety, perfectionism, and low self-esteem.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy to adults seeking emotional stability, personal growth, and meaningful change. My work is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), supporting clients in building emotional awareness, psychological flexibility, and resilience.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, and emotional dysregulation. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and integrative, combining talk therapy with hands-on, skills-based interventions that clients can actively practice both in and outside of session. Treatment focuses on emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, values-based decision-making, and healthier interpersonal functioning.
I believe therapy is most effective when it is structured, supportive, and empowering. Clients often describe my style as direct, compassionate, and focused on real-world application.
My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to manage anxiety, stress, depression, and emotional dysregulation while fostering long-term stability and personal growth.

Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your struggles or battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again.
Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it!
I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate the lasting effects of childhood wounds, anxiety, and life's most challenging transitions. My work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when people feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe enough to be vulnerable.
I bring a warm, direct, and collaborative presence to the therapeutic relationship. My approach blends evidence-based practices — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and self-compassion frameworks — with a deep respect for each client's cultural background, lived experience, and unique story. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to what they actually need.
Much of my work centers on helping clients understand how early experiences — such as emotional neglect, conditional love, abandonment, and shame — continue to shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships in adulthood. I also have a dedicated focus on men's mental health, providing a space where men can move beyond cultural expectations of silence and strength to reconnect with their emotional lives in meaningful ways.
My background includes working with individuals recovering from addiction and those rebuilding their lives after significant hardship. These experiences have deepened my belief in human resilience and the capacity for growth at any stage of life. In our work together, I aim to help you build self-awareness, develop practical emotional regulation skills, and cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself and others. My goal is not just symptom relief — it is lasting, meaningful change that reflects who you truly are and who you are becoming.

Hello, my name is Teresa, practicing mental health for over 16 years working with the military population. Working as a middle school teacher in a lower socioeconomic area. This led to my desire to go back to school for my master’s degree in counseling psychology. Receiving my LPC licensure, led me to pursue my chemical dependency counselor license (LCDC). I began working as a substance abuse counselor with the US Army in substance abuse counseling. While working with the military I worked at a local hospital developing a program for civilians in chemical dependency. The need to work with individuals, and families including Service Members, led me to work as a contractor for private corporations. During this time, I received a certification in behavioral therapy to work with the autism spectrum population. Raised as a military dependent, then wife and mother, I experienced many aspects of different personalities. I was led to understand what it means to try to hide who you are to eventually become someone you may not recognize.
The goal is to have you see, life is wonderful, we go through the storm to appreciate the sunshine. The experience developed led me to work with addiction, anxiety, PTSD, and many other mental health issues. We are a beautiful bouquet with different views on life. Using an eclectic therapeutic array of mental health care has allotted me to develop individual care. This concept of care is the same for couples and group therapy. Some techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychosocial therapeutic techniques.
Hi, I'm Satya M. Sol, LCSW-S. I believe therapy is more than managing symptoms—it's an opportunity to better understand yourself, heal old wounds, and create lasting change. I work with adults who are ready to explore the patterns, beliefs, and life experiences that may be keeping them stuck and preventing them from living a more authentic, fulfilling life.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative, integrating evidence-based practices with a deep respect for the mind-body connection. Together, we'll work to increase self-awareness, strengthen your resilience, and help you build a life that aligns with your values and the person you want to become.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer education and experience with helping everyday people understand the relationship between their mental, emotional, and physical state, and how these aspects affect their day-to-day lives. People should feel empowered to manage stress, negative thoughts, and adverse experiences. However, many factors hold them back. Through my intervention, I’ve helped to increase emotional awareness and motivation, providing clients with the sense of peace that we all ultimately deserve.
