I’m a licensed counselor in Texas with 14 years of experience in both private practice and school settings. As a high school counselor, I’ve worked with students, their families, and school staff, supporting clients facing challenges like anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, and career decisions. My role has exposed me to a wide range of counseling areas and clients, and working with people of all ages has given me valuable insight into different life situations, helping me grow both personally and professionally in my counseling career.
Hi, I’m Rachel Humphries, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, safe, and supported without judgment. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and down-to-earth, blending practical coping strategies with deeper emotional processing and self-understanding. I enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, first responders, helping professionals, and clients navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, chronic stress, identity exploration, and major life transitions.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally unsteady, or unsure how to move forward — you don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of North Carolina State University. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions of direction or purpose. Many of the people I support feel capable and motivated — yet internally worn down, struggling to feel grounded, present, or confident in themselves.
My primary focus is helping clients stabilize emotionally and mentally — so you feel more anchored, regulated, and clear. From that place of steadiness, we begin to explore how you can grow into the fullest version of yourself, making the most of your strengths, values, and lived experience rather than trying to become someone you’re not.
Therapy with me is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about creating a solid foundation where clarity, confidence, and meaningful change can naturally emerge. For those who find meaning and strength in their Christian faith, I welcome that as part of our work together — though spirituality is never required or assumed. You bring what matters to you, and we build from there.

Maudlyn specializes in trauma-focused care, including intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood-related concerns. She approaches healing as a scientist of the soul, helping individuals explore emotional, relational, and spiritual wounds, reinterpret painful experiences, and develop healthier internal narratives that restore safety and stability.
Inspired by Jeremiah 8:22 and Psalm 1, Maudlyn integrates faith with evidence-based practice. She is EMDR trained and views this work as clearing emotional and spiritual blockages so wounds can heal and lives can become rooted, resilient, and whole.
She walks alongside her folks with compassion, offering a space for reflection, restoration, and peace. Her folks are reminded they are not defined by the words of others, but by their Creator—my folks are a Designer Originals. WELCOME HOME!

I look forward to seeing clients confront patterns, challenge negative thoughts, regulate emotions, learn new coping skills, and build healthy internal and external relationships. Therapy is more than a place where you talk about problems. It is a place to confront, tear down, transform, overcome, grow, transform, heal, and see life from a different perspective.
I am Sunny Alexander, and I’ve been in practice for over ten years treating clients working in various job placements. I am trauma informed and treat people in therapy with a holistic approach. Hello there. My name is Joan I have been a social worker for over 25 years. Like you, I have had my own set of challenges and believe the key to overcoming life's obstacles is learning to plan and cope. We can't control all the pain that will come our way, but we can control how we react to it. Of course, this is sometimes easier said than done and we need help. I would be honored to assist you in your journey towards a happier healthier you.
I believe we all need someone to talk with throughout our lives, a safe place and safe person that listens so we can process our life experiences, traumas, grief's and all happenstances. My passion is to provide a safe haven, with the utmost privacy and confidentiality and a true listening ear to help bring healing and restoration to hurting people and families. I am dedicated to work alongside you through your emotional, mental, and/or spiritual issues as well as promote life change and growth. I like to integrate different therapeutic theories to your unique self, set goals and help you find the answers that are best for you!
I specialize in Couples/Marriage counseling as well as issues with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, interpersonal relationships as well as stress and spirituality struggles. I have a heart and passion to see people grow into all they are created to be.
We are all human and need each other, as they say we are better together but sometimes we just don't have someone around us that provides that safe shoulder and listening ear. I am here and I am listening. I also am a Pastoral counselor, integrating biblical Christian principles into our therapeutic journey if you choose to do so.
Life can get messy sometimes. Between work, relationships, family expectations, and just trying to take care of yourself, it’s easy to feel pulled in every direction. If you’ve been carrying too much or feeling weighed down by anxiety, stress, or old wounds, I want you to know you don’t have to go through it alone.
In our sessions, I show up as a real person—warm, attentive, and honest. I pay close attention to the little things, and I’ll share what I notice in a way that’s direct but never judgmental. My clients tell me it feels like talking to someone who truly “gets it.” As someone who understands the pressures of navigating multiple cultures, I bring that sensitivity into my work while welcoming people from all backgrounds.
Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you and find practical ways to bring more peace, clarity, and connection into your life. Reaching out is a brave first step, and I’m here to walk with you through the next ones.
Do you ever ask yourself "why am I like this?" If so, lets work together. I'm a seasoned therapist that helps clients understand the parts of themselves that don't always make sense. I use an eclectic approach along with compassion and acceptance to give clients a safe space to be vulnerable. Together we can learn more about the inner workings of your brain and work to change any behaviors that might not be favorable.
Whether you are dealing with overwhelming emotions, situational stressors, or cyclical anxiety and depression we can create a plan that works for you. I also specialize in treating trauma and am trained in EMDR.
I pride myself in being a safe, diverse, and knowledgeable guide for your healing journey. If you're ready to start taking control of your mental health with a professional that's here for you then let's connect.
My work is directed by a desire to help people experience emotional growth with stronger forms of self-regulation. My goal is to help people establish the foundation(s) that will help them create and maintain greater coping skills. The strengthening of existing personal skills will help a person deal with the difficult events and stressors of their past more successfully. The creation of new skills is life-impacting. These new skills will help guide a person as he/she moves toward positive experiences while leaving the negative past behind.
I feel the relationship between a counselor and client is extremely important. My counseling style demonstrates compassion, affirmation, flexibility, and fairness. I personally feel that healing happens best within an environment of kindness, trust, and understanding. I have more than twenty years in the Education fields.
My work has consistently been with people with differing backgrounds, histories, and experiences. I have worked with people of different ethnicities, religious beliefs, sexual orientations, and mental health issues. I have worked with many individuals that have personally experienced or have been exposed to various forms of Trauma and Traumatic events.
Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working out of the state of Texas. I've been in the behavioral health field for over 13 years helping people of all ages overcome mental health struggles and substance use issues. I was called to this work because of my own struggles with depression and substance abuse; and, though I had to struggle in order to get where I am, I feel so grateful for my experiences. I have a passion for using mindfulness and compassion in my work and like to incorporate deep breathing and other body-based techniques whenever possible because, frankly, these are things that have worked well for me! I believe in the importance of helping you to understand the power of the mind-body connection in order to improve your relationship with yourself and the world around you. I'm a huge proponent of yoga and Brazilian jiu jitsu as healing arts and would encourage ANYONE to try them out.

Hello,
I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and in 1997, after 25 yeas of service, I retired from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I worked as a Farrier (Horseshoer), as well as a structural welder (Ironworker), as those were the most marketable skill that I had. I came to a point where old injuries came back to haunt me and I could no longer walk (several years later, thanks to a surgery through the VA, I can walk again; thankful for that).
At this point, I changed professions and out of a desire to work with veterans, I returned to school, accomplishing all that was necessary to become a licensed counselor. I spent another career working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically as a counselor in the Readjustment Counseling Service (Vet Center). I recently retired from the Vet Center and now I work part-time here with Grow Therapy.
As a retired Marine senior staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and disabled combat veteran myself, the Vet Center was the perfect job. Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to combat veterans and provide counseling to survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Vet Centers also provide group counseling, bereavement counseling and couples counseling when this is determined to be of support to the veteran.
Readjustment counseling many times consists of treating/addressing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I.e., anxiety, depression, exaggerated startle response, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, etc. Many veterans go on to work as first responders and working with many first responders as well as medical personal, has provided me with a great deal of additional experience.
I have 20+ years as a licensed professional counselor and 15 years post graduation in clinical psychology. My virtual practice focuses on women and men who are seeking to reduce depression and anxiety while enhancing positive mood. These sessions are priced by your insurance company. I have in person sessions working with individuals and families of all ages. Clients are taught coping strategies to manage difficult feelings. My approach is to conduct evaluations, design treatment plans, and facilitate individual therapy.
My educational background includes an undergraduate degree in psychology from Texas A&M University, a master's degree in professional counseling from Texas State University and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Alliant International University. My doctoral dissertation was "Childhood Near-Death Experiences and Psychotherapy." In 2009, this research study won an award for meeting the California Mental Health Services Act requirements for research about spirituality.

My focus is on the uniqueness of each client and feel it is important to establish rapport and a partnership so that the therapy experience is collaborative. I will not simply sit and listen but will interact, ask questions, and offer suggestions.
I enjoy working with adults of any age in individual therapy.
Some of my specialties include stress management, grief and loss, anxiety , self-esteem and supporting clients facing life changes.
With more than 25 years of experience, I consider myself an eclectic therapist using an Integrative Holistic approach. I use a variety of tools from different therapies including Rogerian, Cognitive Behavioral, Guided Imagery, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Client Centered and Family of Origin in order to best support a client’s journey toward relief and wholeness of Mind, Body, and Spirit.
I look forward to working with you and invite you to reach out.
I chose to change careers late in life. It has been a wonderful decision. I am able to help people in their daily lives be happy.
I attended SMU Counseling Program in Plano from 2010 to 2013. I was privileged to complete my practicum and internship at the Resource Center in Dallas. I requested this opportunity so I could help as many people as possible. This was not standard procedure, but I was allowed to do the unusual.
I believe clients simply want to be happy. They want to make their choices in life without guilt or shame. Everyone deserves that freedom. I hope that I can help people facilitate that life.
I am happy to share techniques that provide acceptance that allow people to not be impacted by the judgmental world in which we live.
Please give me a call and see if we connect and if you feel comfortable and safe speaking with me.

I have been in the mental health field since 1996 and a licensed clinician since 2010. I am licensed in Texas and Colorado. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and co-occurring substance use concerns. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and focuses on identifying maladaptive patterns, improving emotional regulation, and developing practical coping strategies to support long-term change. I’m passionate about helping people recognize their strengths and build a life that feels more balanced and intentional. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and useful. I work to help clients better understand what’s driving their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while building real-life tools to manage stress, improve mood, and move forward. My approach is down-to-earth, structured, and tailored to your goals.
Overthinking Your Way to Underliving? Let’s Fix That.
When you look at your life, it seems great on paper. But lately you’ve been stuck — unable to decide whether to take the job, end the relationship, or even pick a restaurant for dinner. You’re waking up tired no matter how much you sleep, and there’s a worry running in the background that hasn’t let up in a while, and even the small decisions have started to feel exhausting.
This is what happens when anxiety and depression show up together, which they often do — especially in people used to solving problems by thinking harder. The anxious part of you keeps spinning, weighing every option. The depressed part of you is running low, flat, hard to motivate. Both at once means you’re keyed up and worn out in the same breath.
My job is to help you untangle that: give the overthinking somewhere to land, and the exhaustion somewhere to actually rest.
Together, we’ll work on:
• Separating perfectionism from your actual values
• Making peace with “good enough”
• Building tolerance for uncertainty
• Treating the anxiety and low mood together, since treating one without the other rarely sticks
This isn’t about pushing through on your own. Therapy gives you a place to slow the overthinking, address the anxiety and low mood together, and build coping skills that hold up under pressure.
I specialize in women’s mental health and well-being, with over 15 years of experience helping individuals grow and meet goals. My direct and compassionate approach supports you through life’s challenges. My practice is rooted in mindfulness, CBT, and solution-focused practices to help you find balance and clarity as we work through concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions such as divorce, breakups, relationship trauma/ issues, self-esteem, and parenting. I’m dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space where you can process trauma, heal, and reconnect with your inner strength.
Hi, I’m Natalie — a warm, collaborative therapist who works with young and older adult clients navigating life’s emotional and mental health challenges. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, or major life transitions, I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Person-Centered care. This means I tailor our work to your unique needs while offering tools to help you build resilience, improve relationships, and feel more in control of your emotional well-being.
As someone who has personally overcome mental health challenges, I bring deep empathy and real-life perspective to the therapy process. I know how overwhelming it can feel — and how transformative therapy can be when it’s rooted in trust, connection, and practical change. Together, we’ll work at your pace to create a path toward healing and growth. You don’t have to go through this alone.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and ongoing life stress. I believe therapy should feel steady and purposeful — a place where you can speak honestly about what’s heavy while also making meaningful progress.
My style is calm, grounded, and direct. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we explore both where those patterns began and how they’re affecting your relationships, work, and sense of self today.
I integrate EMDR, CBT, and ACT to address the root of distress while also building practical skills for emotional regulation and clearer decision-making. I value depth, but I also value structure — therapy should not feel aimless.
I tend to work well with people who hold a lot together for others yet quietly carry internal stress, self-doubt, or unresolved experiences. I believe you don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. When someone is ready to look beneath the surface, not just manage symptoms but understand and shift what’s underneath, that’s where meaningful change begins.
I’ve been there. I have been in that moment when things have become so unmanageable, frightening, and painful that I sought help from a complete stranger. Like you, I found the courage to find this page. I have been through my own process of healing and continue to journey towards positive, healthy change. I am a licensed professional trained to guide others through their own unique process of healing. I offer an authentic relationship and provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be heard, validated, and supported. I offer warmth, insight and skills training that will assist you in meeting your needs and goals for change.
As we work together, you can expect to gain new perspective, skills, and greater understanding and insight - all catalysts to the change you're hoping to experience. Change and growth can be difficult, but you can be empowered to move forward, heal, and begin living a life you fully enjoy.

Are you tired of the one-size-fits- all approach to therapy and seeking a therapist who will address your unique individual needs? If so, then I may be the exact therapist for you.
Hello, I am Kendra Aristide, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I have over twenty years of combined work experience in the judicial mental counseling setting and education public school setting as a former elementary classroom teacher and school counselor. Additionally, I worked in group homes and hospices as a licensed social worker.
I focus on collaboration, and empathy, and provide a non-judgmental attitude. Together we will explore your thoughts, emotions and obstacles and adapt the therapeutic tools for addressing and processing your specific needs. Whether you are experiencing Anxiety, Grief, Coping Skills, School Issues, Self-Esteem, Anger Management, Depression, Trauma and PTSD. Together we will develop empowering strategies and insight that foster resilience and create a more fulfilling life.
Hi, I'm Shelly — a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping people find their footing when life feels overwhelming. My journey in mental health began decades ago in music therapy, working in psychiatric settings where I first witnessed the remarkable capacity people have to heal when given the right support and a safe space. That foundation shapes the way I work to this day — with attunement, creativity, and a deep belief in each person's capacity to heal.
I specialize in anxiety, OCD, trauma, and addiction recovery, using evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build real, lasting skills rather than just temporary relief. I have a particular heart for neurodivergent individuals — including those with ADHD and autism — who may have spent years feeling misunderstood. You do fit — sometimes it just takes the right space to discover that.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Good therapy isn't just about insight — it's about leaving each session with something you can actually use. I'll meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels right, and work hard to make sure our time together is meaningful.
For clients who desire it, I welcome the integration of faith and spirituality into our work. I believe healing touches the whole person — mind, heart, and spirit — and that for many people, faith isn't separate from their healing but central to it. I hold that with care and without pressure.
Whether you're navigating a specific struggle or carrying a weight you've held for too long, you don't have to do it alone. Reaching out is the hardest step — and I'm really glad you're here.
I'd love the opportunity to connect.
Hi, I'm Satya M. Sol, LCSW-S. I believe therapy is more than managing symptoms—it's an opportunity to better understand yourself, heal old wounds, and create lasting change. I work with adults who are ready to explore the patterns, beliefs, and life experiences that may be keeping them stuck and preventing them from living a more authentic, fulfilling life.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative, integrating evidence-based practices with a deep respect for the mind-body connection. Together, we'll work to increase self-awareness, strengthen your resilience, and help you build a life that aligns with your values and the person you want to become.
Welcome! I'm Leigh.
I know many people are working to do their best while balancing burnout, anxiety, and the feeling that “the world is on fire.” I work with you to build sustainable changes, and a life that includes not only surviving, but finding moments of joy, confidence, and acceptance of who you are and how your brain works.
I work to make my clients feel supported and heard, and focus on your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. The goal is always to help you understand how your brain works best, whether that is learning how to navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, and/or lack of motivation, and develop concrete steps to take action towards a life with joy, confidence and being unapologetically yourself.
