Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first therapy session is all about connection and understanding. We’ll discuss what brought you in, explore your goals, and begin building a plan to support your growth and healing. No pressure, no judgment—just a safe space to start your journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In my work, I help clients identify the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we explore unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge cognitive distortions, and develop healthier, more balanced ways of thinking. I also incorporate practical coping skills, behavioral interventions, goal setting, and problem-solving strategies to help clients create meaningful and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am especially passionate about supporting women especially high achieving women who seem to have it all together on the outside while carrying the weight of responsibilities, expectations, burden, burnout, anxiety, and life transitions. Also those individuals who are navigating chronic illness, new diagnosis, caregiving responsibilities, grief and emotional impact that health challenges can have on every aspect of life.
