New to Grow
Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I'm Alyssa Dupiche, M.S., LPC, and I provide a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel truly heard and supported. My approach is collaborative, genuine, and tailored to your unique needs, blending evidence-based therapies with practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges. As a licensed professional counselor, I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Together, we'll build on your strengths and help you move toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and the goals you'd like to work toward. Most importantly, this is a space for you to ask questions and share at your own pace—there's no pressure to have everything figured out. By the end of the session, we'll begin creating a plan that feels right for you and identify meaningful goals to guide our work together. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and encouraged about the journey ahead.
I believe one of my greatest strengths is creating a space where clients feel safe, genuinely heard, and never judged. I bring warmth, empathy, authenticity, and a calm presence to every session while also providing practical tools you can use outside of therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor each session to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. My goal is to help you not only gain insight but also leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful progress.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, ADHD, or struggles with self-esteem. Together, we focus on building healthy coping skills, increasing self-awareness, strengthening resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change so they can feel more confident and fulfilled in their daily lives.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, challenge negative thinking, and develop healthier coping strategies that support lasting change.
I use mindfulness to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and reactions without judgment. Together, we'll learn techniques to reduce stress, manage overwhelming emotions, stay grounded in the present, and respond to life's challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, resilient, and connected to yourself both in and outside of therapy.
I use a person-centered approach to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to listen with empathy, meet you where you are, and help you build on your strengths.
I use Positive Psychology to help clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and create a more meaningful and fulfilling life. While we acknowledge and work through life's challenges, we also focus on what's going well, fostering hope, confidence, gratitude, and personal growth.
