My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience.
My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. I may assign homework to reinforce the skills we work on during sessions, as I believe that applying these techniques in your daily life enhances their effectiveness. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress.
I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.
Using education & experience as a foundation to work from, I'm confident in my ability to support clients needs. My counseling style is very holistic, empathetic, relaxed, lots of smiles & laughs. Im best fit for those seeking a therapist that's willing to keep client accountable for their choices & those ready to unlearn what’s no longer healthy or helpful.
Hello, my name is Jeremiah Henderson. I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in the state of Texas. I have experience working with depression, grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, low motivation, trauma, and anger. You are seeking, that is what brought you here. Sometimes that may be a single event, a crisis, a trauma, or a series of events that have you weary. Life can bring us to a place where we need to do things differently and can't quite sort out what that looks like.
My experiences working with community mental health, private practice, trauma, crisis, and critical incidents have equipped me understand how difficult challenges can be for individuals and families.
My experience as a Social Worker provides the educational platform to help you explore all of the systems that influence your life.

My career started as a classroom teacher and school counselor. I currently have over 20 years of experience working with students and families. In addition to my school counseling career, I am a crisis clinician in a major hospital in the DFW metroplex and work in over 32 emergency rooms providing on-call patient care. We all face unexpected challenges which sometimes leave us feeling hopeless and powerless. I believe that we have the ability to make healthy and appropriate choices regardless of the circumstances in which we may find ourselves. My role as a therapist is to assist and support clients as they learn new ways of coping and adjusting to life’s challenges. Counseling will vary depending upon one’s personality, stage of life, strengths or particular concern. Getting started can feel overwhelming. You have no idea where to even begin. You’ve been putting off therapy because you’re afraid it won’t help. More than anything you’d like to be able to feel happy again. You’d like to be able to put yourself out there more and to create deeper, more meaningful relationships with others. You want to have the courage to be your authentic self without hiding behind a mask.

I specialize in supporting busy adults who are managing anxiety and trying to set healthy boundaries. My goal is to help you regain a true sense of control over your life. I offer confidential, tailored strategies, that can help reduce burnout, manage anxiety or depression, assist with interpersonal relationships, process grief, and keep you functioning at a happy and healthy level.
’ve felt called to become a therapist since I was nine years old, and that sense of purpose has stayed with me ever since. I began my career in a community mental health setting, where I worked closely with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and learned the importance of practical, real-life coping skills. That experience continues to shape my approach today—I focus on helping clients build insight, develop tools they can actually use, and feel more confident navigating their relationships and daily lives.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy slowing things down and staying grounded through gardening, crocheting, and camping. I’m also a big reader—especially when it comes to romance novels. Family is a central part of my life, and I value the many roles I hold as a wife, mother, stepmother, and grandmother. Raising both boys and girls—including twins—has given me a wide range of life experiences that help me connect with clients from all kinds of backgrounds.
I support adults who are looking to build on their strengths, develop new resources, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and person-centered, which means we work together to identify what matters most to you and create a plan that aligns with your goals and values.
Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming, especially when emotions become difficult to manage or relationships feel strained. In therapy, I provide a supportive space where you can better understand your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting with others. I believe that each client is the expert on their own life, and my role is to help guide, support, and empower you throughout the process. I am continually learning and expanding my clinical skills so I can bring effective, evidence-based approaches into our work together. My therapeutic style incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR to help clients build practical skills, gain insight, and move toward positive change. Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy teaching dance, working out, and baking treats to share with friends and family. These activities help me stay connected, balanced, and energized, and I bring that same enthusiasm and commitment into my work with clients.

Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.
I have been in practice for over 20 years, treating individuals. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that is client-focused for your needs. I primarily work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, racial stress, perinatal health, chronic illness/pain, trauma, and life transitions. I include a variety of techniques in my practice such as mindfulness, body work, CBT, and DBT. My practice is both LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC informed.

Drawing on faith and lived experience, I create a space where honesty is met with understanding, and growth is grounded in both heart and purpose. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen connection, and take intentional steps toward healthier relationships and a deeper sense of resilience and meaning in life.
Life can be hard; you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe in creating a nonjudgmental environment where all clients can feel safe. I am open to working with all individuals. Through my experiences I have learned how to interact with a diverse group of people, which has increased my ability to relate to others. My name is Fanny Gradzikiewicz, LPC, and I am a bilingual (spanish) mental health professional with 18 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I hold a Master’s degree from Andrews University, and I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted.
I believe that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. My goal is to empower you to overcome challenges, strengthen your relationships, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
You do not have to navigate this journey alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you and support you as you take steps toward greater well-being, connection, and hope.
At the Child & Adult Behavior Center, we help both adults and children, as well as parents.
For adults, we help you find ways to cope with stress, anxiety, loss and depression. Not only talking through and understanding, but also concrete "what to do about it" coping skills, lead to calmer, more stable emotions and relationships. We find cognitive behavioral therapy very useful, and within that, learning the skills of mindfulness, a form of in-the-moment meditative thinking, to calm and focus the mind when emotions overtake. This fosters a new way of viewing and handling stressful situations as they arise.
For children's therapy, we work with you, and with your child. Parents' feedback is a critical part of helping children feel and do better. We help you with parent-child interactions to find your way as you navigate the seas of child behavior. Our specializations are the treatment for Aspergers/autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, emotional self regulation, the behavioral and emotional aspects of sensory issues, anxiety and depression. Our special programs also treat a wide range of neuroatypical, developmentally challenged children.
