I have been in practice for over 20 years, treating individuals. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that is client-focused for your needs. I include a variety of techniques in my practice such as mindfulness, body work, CBT, and DBT. My practice is both LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC informed.
