I grew up in a multicultural, multi-generational household. There were so many people, personalities, and experiences in my home! Our resilience was fascinating to me. We made it through all the good and the bad. Sometimes we did it together. Other times we did it as individuals. This resonated with me throughout my life. I yearned to understand how individuals make it work, personally and interpersonally.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we will discuss what is bringing you to therapy and create a treatment plan. You will leave with coping skills to begin addressing what has brought you in.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have been a therapist for over 20 years. In this time, I have learned that one size does not fit all. I will adjust my treatment approach to help you achieve your goals as quickly and painlessly as possible.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My main focus is helping people dealing with depression and anxiety, as well as those experiencing life transitions. I will meet you wherever you are on your journey to healing where we start from the very beginning, or you need a reminder of who you are.
Eclectic
I use an eclectic approach to therapy. We will explore the issues troubling you and the messages you receive about these issues. Together we will help you learn to process this information in a way that is more helpful and productive for you.
