Hello, and welcome. Life often presents us with challenges, and at times, we all need a catalyst—or a bridge—to help us cross over into the next stage of our journey. I believe there is no single approach that works for everyone. That’s why I use an integrative, personalized method tailored to meet your unique needs. With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them discover insight, healing, and growth.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio, TX. I am also a retired first responder. I help clients figure out what is keeping them stuck, frustrated or unhappy in their lives. I focus on stress, grief, self-care and trauma. I enjoy teaching individuals and groups about behavioral health, and have worked with clients that have substance use issues, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I always try to meet the client where they are and help them get where they want to be.
Hey there! I would love to work alongside you to meet your mental, emotional, and overall health goals. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor In Texas for over 10 years. I have a passion for nature, fitness and nutrition as resources to lead a more balanced and healthy life. In addition to an eclectic client centered style of counseling, I have been trained to better understand trauma and how it affects the brain and in turn, behaviors. I am currently certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desentization Reprocessing) therapy. The majority of my experience has been in working with youth and their parents to understand their behaviors and overcome trauma; however, I am eager and ready to help all ages. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma related symptoms, low self esteem, or health challenges, I am confident I can help.
My name is Patricia Hernandez, M.Ed., LPC, CSTIP, MBIP. I am fully licensed as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) with 3 years of experience helping adults, teens, elderly, children, and families in crisis anywhere in the state of Texas (Ah … the wonderful power of teletherapy!).
Most of my life has been spent in Texas, which includes my master’s level counselor training from Sul Ross State University in Uvalde, Texas.
I embarked on this journey to provide services to working people of all genders who’ve had trouble fitting in attention to their mental health because of their busy schedules.
Virtual therapy allows me to do just that! It offers consistency because it fits the comfort of your home, car, or local park. So, snow, wind, or rain won’t stop us now!
All sessions are virtual and I highly recommend you bring along your fur baby, blanket, and favorite beverage to the session.
I’m Becks, a Licensed Professional Counselor & NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in behavior change & nutrition coaching. You might also call me a guiding light toward overall wellness or a catalyst for growth & healing.
My great passion as a Health & Wellness Professional is to help you build a healthier relationship with food & your body, cultivate emotional agility to freely express yourself, & be able to communicate your needs/wants to others more effectively. While I’d love to help you improve your mental health through movement & balanced nutrition, I also understand that everyone’s starting point in therapy can look very different. It would be my pleasure in meeting you where you are in your journey to help build your toolbox of skills so that you can lead the life you deserve to live.
My name is Marie Mason and I moved to the United States in 1994 to teach. My work with children eventually led me to counseling. I have been licensed for seven years and I work with all ages. I really like doing trauma work, which is why I am EMDR and TF-CBT trained. I also do a lot of work with anxiety.

Hi, I’m Sandy Crisp. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I help adults and teens who are facing challenges like complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Before I became a trauma therapist, I went through my own journey that included multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with invisible pain -- physical and emotional -- and how hard it can be to feel seen and supported while you're trying to hold everything together. It changed how I listen, how I connect, and how I support people in their healing.
In addition to being an LPC, I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I specialize in:
• Complex trauma and PTSD
• Addiction, substance use, and recovery support
• Chronic pain and chronic illness
• Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders
• Grief, loss, and adjustment to life changes
• Co-occurring disorders
• Disability Affirming Care
• Limb Loss Support
• Navigating identity, self-worth, and personal growth
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a human touch because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating something recent or something that's been with you a long time, we’ll work together to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.
Hello, Rene Guillen here! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and also a retired Texas School Counselor. I help adults of all ages work through anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges with work, home, or life issues. I help couples work through family & marriage relationship struggles using evidence-based treatments. I particularly enjoy planning treatments using art therapy when needed or preferred.
I've been married for 30 years, was an elite marathon runner, and I am passionate about helping clients improve their mental health, build meaningful relationships, and live joyful lives. Taking the first step toward improving your mental health is a significant achievement, and I'm here to support you on this journey!
Hey, I'm Hailey. My approach to therapy is personable and down-to-earth. We can cuss, laugh, yell, or cry in session. Through my experience in inpatient, private practice, and shelters, I have learned that the most significant change occurs with learning concepts alongside practical application. Talking and processing are important, because it helps to identify patterns and recurring themes that are causing ongoing suffering; however, we need to also be able to sustain change by applying new ways of thinking and new skills.
My name is Marcus McCray, I am a retired military veteran with three years of experiencein trauma informed and group therapy in the local community. My approach focusses on the natural talents and abilities that all of us have. I believe people often fall victim to negative thoughts and beliefs about themselves. Through therapy we will learn how to undo those negative thought patterns.

Hi there, I'm Melissa. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based near Austin, Texas. I work with clients state-wide utilizing telehealth. I have always had an interest in helping others. I have practiced therapy for 19 years. My approach to therapy depends on the needs of my clients. I believe in meeting clients where they are as everyone is an individual with their own indvidual needs.
As a woman of color and Army combat veteran, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help. I know from personal experience that seeking support can feel vulnerable, and at the same time, it can be one of the most supportive and life-giving steps a person can take.
As a clinician, I prioritize my own wellness and healing because I believe it helps me remain present, grounded, and effective in holding space for my clients. It is an honor to be invited into someone’s healing and growth journey, and I do not take that responsibility lightly.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy watching football (go Chiefs), attending festivals, and engaging in arts, crafts, and DIY projects. I also enjoy trying new food spots and taking time to rest and recharge. I view my work as a calling rather than just a job, and I am deeply grateful to do what I love.
Hi, I'm Jennifer Burkhardt, LPC, PMH-C. I help women who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, and stretched thin by the demands of everyday life. Many of my clients are carrying the invisible mental load of motherhood, relationships, work, and caring for others while struggling to find space for themselves. Whether you're navigating anxiety, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, or a difficult season of change, therapy can provide a space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself. I offer virtual therapy throughout Texas and strive to create a warm, practical, and nonjudgmental environment where meaningful growth can happen.
Life gets complicated. Relationships change, plans fall apart, and sometimes we lose track of ourselves in the middle of everything. I offer a place where you can relax, be real, and talk without worrying about being judged. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening and figure out where you want to go from here.

Hello, I'm Kim! I've wanted to be in a helping profession since I can remember; I just didn't know exactly how. I fell in love with Social Work during a global childrens’ health course in undergrad in 2005 and the rest is history. I continued studying Social Work, Psychology and Sociology and learning as much as I could inside and outside the classroom. I’ve worked in many different professional settings including child welfare, managing group homes for individuals with disabilities, early intervention assessment and skills training, care management in a domestic violence survivor program, and as a mental health technician, social worker in an emergency department, therapist and Assistant Clinical Director in a psychiatric hospital. My diverse professional and personal backgrounds make me a holistic provider.
You don't have to face your thoughts and emotions alone. Peace is possible, no matter your circumstances. Often, our perceptions cause more distress than reality itself—our thoughts, not our situation, can be the scariest part.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I provide evidence-based tools proven effective in research and in my work with clients. By shifting thoughts and behaviors, we can transform your life and relationships. You don't have to remain a prisoner to unhelpful thinking—there are ways through it.
CBT helps with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, relationship struggles, and more. I'd be honored to support you in creating meaningful change.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from Amberton University and I have been a counselor for six years. Career counseling focused on mental health in the workplace is my specialization. I help college students, job seekers, and working professionals who are feeling burned out, anxious, or overwhelmed reconnect with their strengths and bring their best selves to work or college. Many of my clients juggle high expectations, relationship challenges, and ongoing stress. They feel stuck, frustrated, or held back by negative self-talk or their environment. Together, we work on recognizing these patterns, challenging self-imposed limitations, and building healthier, more confident ways of thinking with clear steps to overcome challenges. I offer complimentary career exploration assessments, resume reviews, strategies for networking, practice interviews, and salary negotiation. I also offer complimentary business plan development for entrepreneurs and guidance on financial aid (FAFSA) for first-time college students.
Hello, I am Sandra Ventura and I am a Licenced Professional Counselor. I would like you to know that I love the work I do and I'd like to be part of your support system. I know how hard it is to reach out for help when you are going "through it", because I have been there. I know it is hard to find a professional that will listen to your concerns and not talk about theirs because I have been there too. I want you to know that is not how I operate. I am a straight shooter, I don't waste time, and I do not mislead my clients. I don't have a magic pill or a silver bullet to make all your concerns go away. I do have extensive professional experience working with a broad range of problems and seeing people get better. I treat adjustment disorders, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and work-related issues to name a few. I use evidence-based techniques and strategies to get you back on top of your game fast. I work with a wide and diverse population and I am familiar with a broad range of cultures and lifestyles. With more than fifteen years of experience in social services, I have had the privilege of working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. These experiences deeply impact my approach as a mental health professional. Before becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Science in Counseling. I currently provide psychotherapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and phase‑of‑life transitions.
