Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I graduated from Amberton University. I have been impacting lives for over 20 years. My desire is to assist all adults (18 and above) with support and personal growth. Together, I work with clients to create a healthy and safe environment that allows them to explore the many obstacles and concerns they are facing.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will begin with a brief discussion of what your direct needs are. You will be able to explain what you are experiencing and how it has impacted your day-to day life. I would also like to know what you expect to get from Counseling.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am an avid listener and I find multiple ways to view things from different perspectives. I enjoy working with the client as opposed to instructing them. It turns into a regular conversation from a non-judgemental viewpoint.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Each person has their own unique journey and needs specific support as they travel through the difficulties of life. My plan is to assist you with the pitfalls and peaks of that journey. Setting goals and boundaries can seem scary, confusing, exciting and challenging all at the same time. Together we can identify your goals and develop a course of action.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

Eclectic therapy is flexible and is not a one size fits all approach. Each person has a unique need and it is my desire to tailor therapy to fit their specific needs.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT emphasizes the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and aims to develop specific strategies for addressing current challenges.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling based on the information provided by both partners and is tailored to develop strategies that address specific current needs.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing is formed establishing a collaborative relationship with the client, acknowledging and validating the client's feelings and perspectives, even if they do not align with the Counselor's.
