I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. Together, we work on challenging unhelpful beliefs and developing more balanced perspectives. I teach practical skills to manage distressing emotions and implement behavioral changes.
I employ Motivational Interviewing techniques to facilitate positive behavioral change. Through empathetic listening and reflective questioning, I guide clients in exploring their ambivalence towards change and identifying their intrinsic motivations.
I am deeply committed to guiding individuals and couples towards greater clarity, resilience, and fulfillment in their lives. With a particular focus on couples, I find immense satisfaction in helping them navigate through challenges and emerge stronger together.

We absolutely loved our first session. As nervous as we were to start we actually made us very excited to continue and move forward. She was so light hearted and kind. She met us where we are currently at and already has a plan for us to reach our girl. Definitely can't wait until the next session.

When I first saw her profile picture she was a black queen with braids like me. After my first session I was addicted. Our sessions are raw, she let's me cry, feel, does not blanket or sugar coat but she will not get off of a session without making sure I'm okay. I honestly would not be able to function if it wasn't for her. If I could see her everyday I totally would pay a million dollars. It's more than a therapy session for me it's where I gain my strength to keep fighting. ❤️
