Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Texas and California. I am also a Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider in Texas. I received my doctoral degree in counselor education from Texas A&M in Corpus Christi, TX. I enjoy working with persons from all walks of life and am actively involved in research and learning about Autism Spectrum Disorder - specifically adult diagnosed persons; lowering victim numbers through sexual abuser prevention, treatment, and provider care; as well as the biological/neurological changes which contribute to addiction.
Helping people navigate life transitions and new expectations from emerging adulthood, , mid-life changes including sexuality, children, careers, relationship types, and all the chaos of life, to end of life decisions and stresses as parents pass on, retirement choices have to be made, grandchildren raised, disease, and loss of friends and family. For persons who have spent part of their lives in jails and prisons, navigating the world that changed while you were not active in it is often difficult, helping you take those steps to understanding your new normal is my privilege.
Hello, I'm Mario, and I'm here to help you navigate the challenges you're facing, whether it's anxiety, grief, depression, or any other mental health concern. I believe that everyone has the strength within them to overcome their struggles, and my role is to support you in discovering and harnessing that strength. As Lao Tzu wisely said, “He who conquers others is strong; he who conquers himself is mighty!” This philosophy is at the heart of my counseling approach.
Recognizing the need for help is an important first step. In fact, rather than acknowledging a weakness, it is a sign of strength. I want to help you to build on that strength to achieve success in the areas you are struggling with.
Specializing in relationship dynamics, I invite individuals, couples, and families to improve communication, resolve conflict, and build skills to manage anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and more. Christian counseling, men's issues, and family roles are additional areas of special focus I provide.
I believe in personal responsibility, the reality of options at your disposal, and your ability to make decisions that are good for you with clarity. Ownership results in liberty. I would be working with you to help things make more sense and see a path forward.

Hi, I’m Tamima — a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas. I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process feel safe, supportive, and genuine. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, be honest about what you’re feeling, and start making sense of what’s been weighing on you.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, uncover patterns, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or healing from past trauma, I’m here to help you move toward clarity and emotional peace.
Great to meet you! I’m Lacy Fields, LPC, NCC, and Emotional Wealth Strategist. I help individuals unravel survival patterns, heal from burnout, and create lives rooted in confidence, purpose, and emotional wealth. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an MBA in Healthcare Management, I blend clinical expertise with practical strategy to help clients move from merely surviving to truly thriving.
I received my license to practice marriage and family therapy in Texas in 1995. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work successfully with many different types of clients.
I am experienced with mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder. Anxiety, and adjustment disorders are quite common. We are all products of our family and culture so these issues are discussed in individual and couples counseling sessions.
Because my specialty is marriage and family counseling, I sometimes work with couples or with several family members in the counseling session. If you are seeking marital therapy, then you are already aware of how complex it is to resolve problems to satisfy both of you. I want you to know that it is possible to unravel the issues and resolve them. All that is required is honesty – primarily with yourself – and a bit of work. We have seen many couples return to a peaceful and satisfying marriage.
My counseling style is relaxed, but very direct. I prefer for clients to come to counseling weary of how things are going and prepared to begin changing their life.
I practice solution-oriented and CBT counseling techniques which means that we work hard to ensure you come to as few sessions as possible. Many clients report 6 to 10 sessions are sufficient to provide mastery over the symptoms that brought them to therapy.
Integrity, honesty and decency are keys to success and it is my commitment to bring these characteristics to each session.
Are you navigating culture and social identities, struggling with life transitions and challenging family dynamics, or needing help processing past trauma? If you are feeling overwhelmed and need support in processing and coping through your experiences, I can help! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Trauma Professional, and as your therapist I aim to provide a safe space where you can process your experiences and emotions without needing to explain your multicultural background.
Hello, I am a retired educator who served for 30 years, with over 17 years as a school counselor, working with families and individual students from 4 years of age to 18 years old. I worked with students setting goals, problem solving, as well as, working to manage anger and grief. I received my LPC and went into the private sector and began working mainly with individuals who experienced trauma, through a non-profit organization. I have a passion working with individuals and families and assisting them in finding their way through difficult situations in life. I especially love assisting parents with difficulties with children in the school setting and assisting trauma victims in regaining their power and strength through some of their darkest days. I understand what it is like to grieve and hurt when people you trust the most in the world, break your trust and finding your way out of that dark tunnel is difficult, but possible. My goal as a therapist is always to assist my clients in becoming a stronger individual and knowing that they are always stronger and better because of and In-spite of what they have been through, because we are all Survivors!
I'm a LCSW based in Texas. Many women are on autopilot, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, depleted, and burnt out. I integrate somatic practices such as EMDR (trauma healing) and yoga into therapy, recognizing the importance of the mind-body connection in healing. Together, we will practice ways to manage stress, address inner wounds, and remain intentional throughout your life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Texas, and I am currently working on obtaining my PSYD in Clinical Psychology. This foundation allows me to use an eclectic blend of trauma-informed care, EMDR,IFS, and REBT.

My ideal clients are adults—often high achievers—who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and the pressure to keep everyone else happy. These patterns quietly erode confidence, strain relationships, and make even small decisions feel exhausting. What they’re really looking for is relief—clearer boundaries, steadier self-trust, and the ability to move through life without constantly second-guessing themselves or carrying old family dynamics into the present.

I maintain a general practice working mainly with adults. I identify myself as a brief systemic solution oriented therapist.
As a professional, I am intensely interested in a lifelong learning and continuing to master the healing arts of therapy. I am curious about people and their stories, their strengths , their struggles and their resources.
My strength as a therapist is in being empathetic, authentic, challenging and intuitively sensitive to my client's needs. My treatment philosophy is that I find each person and each situation different. I believe that people have internal resources that are available to help bring about a successful resolution to life's challenges. I approach my clients with warmth and a non-judgmental style.
