Welcome! My name is Jennifer. I am a dedicated Bilingual Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of clinical experience and two decades spent working in various capacities within the Social Work Profession. I have cultivated a deep passion for supporting children, families, and communities. I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York City, my heritage has profoundly shaped my perspective, allowing me to connect with diverse populations and understand the unique challenges they face.
I have 9 years of experience supporting individuals and families as they navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tarleton State University, and throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with adults, children, and adolescents across a variety of settings, including shelters, outreach centers, schools, and hospitals.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Army veteran dedicated to helping adults navigate stress, trauma, anxiety, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I work with individuals seeking clarity, resilience, and meaningful personal growth through a supportive, practical, and goal-oriented approach tailored to their unique experiences and strengths. My counseling style is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting positive change in their personal and professional lives.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.
Work, family, relationships—it can all feel like a lot at once. When you’re trying to hold everything together, even small stressors can feel overwhelming. Anxiety can take over your days, and the weight of depression can make simple tasks feel impossible. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
I’m Cheryl, a trauma-informed therapist who works with neurodivergent adolescents and adults. I believe that the qualities that make you different can also be the qualities that make you powerful. Sensitivity, depth of feeling, and even perfectionism can become strengths when understood with compassion. With warmth, humor, and steady support, I help clients build emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience.
My goal is to create a safe, grounded space rooted in trust and optimism. I use evidence-based methods tailored to your needs while honoring your lived experiences. Together, we’ll explore the “why” and “how” behind your emotions and patterns so you can create more helpful ways of thinking, coping, and moving through the world.

Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.
I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2019,. My primary experience has been in a community mental health setting, focusing on addictions and co-occurring issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I love collaborating with you to help dig through your worries and problems and to work with you to find answers to the problems that you’d given up on solving. You and your lived experience are an indispensable part of the therapy process, and I follow your lead as to whether we focus on solutions, understanding and insight, or both. Whichever direction you choose, we can talk about skills to manage stress and emotions when things don’t go well in the future, and talk about how to build stronger relationships to help you grow.
My career started as a classroom teacher and school counselor. I currently have over 20 years of experience working with students and families. In addition to my school counseling career, I am a crisis clinician in a major hospital in the DFW metroplex and work in over 32 emergency rooms providing on-call patient care. We all face unexpected challenges which sometimes leave us feeling hopeless and powerless. I believe that we have the ability to make healthy and appropriate choices regardless of the circumstances in which we may find ourselves. My role as a therapist is to assist and support clients as they learn new ways of coping and adjusting to life’s challenges. Counseling will vary depending upon one’s personality, stage of life, strengths or particular concern. Getting started can feel overwhelming. You have no idea where to even begin. You’ve been putting off therapy because you’re afraid it won’t help. More than anything you’d like to be able to feel happy again. You’d like to be able to put yourself out there more and to create deeper, more meaningful relationships with others. You want to have the courage to be your authentic self without hiding behind a mask.

’ve felt called to become a therapist since I was nine years old, and that sense of purpose has stayed with me ever since. I began my career in a community mental health setting, where I worked closely with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and learned the importance of practical, real-life coping skills. That experience continues to shape my approach today—I focus on helping clients build insight, develop tools they can actually use, and feel more confident navigating their relationships and daily lives.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy slowing things down and staying grounded through gardening, crocheting, and camping. I’m also a big reader—especially when it comes to romance novels. Family is a central part of my life, and I value the many roles I hold as a wife, mother, stepmother, and grandmother. Raising both boys and girls—including twins—has given me a wide range of life experiences that help me connect with clients from all kinds of backgrounds.

I am an optimist that has worked in the mental health and substance use space since 2007 as both a clinician and music therapist. Most battles are won and lost before they are ever fought because our thoughts drive our feelings and affect our behaviors. The challenge becomes mastering our thought process. Figuring out "who" we are is more useful than "why" we are so important in our journey to overcoming challenges, being resilient and becoming who we want to be. I thoroughly enjoy exploring and cultivating holistic coping strategies and firmly believe everything is better with music and chocolate.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who helps adults work through anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and life challenges. I offer a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and grow. Using practical tools and real conversations, I help you find clarity, build confidence, and create lasting change. I offer my services based on years of experience. I offer my services in the States of Texas and Oregon.
I’m a licensed therapist who works with individuals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, and life transitions. I understand how easy it is to feel stuck in your thoughts or stretched too thin trying to manage everything on your own.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel better in your day-to-day life—not just during sessions. I use a blend of practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT-informed strategies, and solution-focused therapy to help you build coping skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful change.
During our time together, my goal is to create a space where you can finally exhale. I take a warm, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental approach. We’ll not only explore what’s been weighing on you, but also focus on practical tools you can use in your daily life—whether that’s calming racing thoughts, setting boundaries, or feeling more in control of your emotions.
My name is Tiffany Pangarakis, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2016 and my Master of Social Work degree from Texas State University in 2018.
Before transitioning into outpatient mental health practice, I worked as a medical social worker in the hospice setting for more than four years. During that time, I provided emotional support, counseling, and care coordination to patients and families navigating serious illness, grief, loss, and end-of-life concerns. This experience strengthened my understanding of the emotional challenges individuals and families face during difficult life transitions.
Today, I provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adolescents and adults of all ages. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing symptoms related to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), as well as a variety of personality disorders and adjustment-related concerns.
Hi, I’m Abel. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, both men and women, as well as men navigating the pressures of work, relationships, family, and identity. I also work with couples, particularly when ADHD has become part of the conflict or disconnection in their relationship.
I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life. It affects more than focus and productivity. It can also impact emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. What surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD can affect relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe ADHD therapy has to go beyond productivity and address emotional regulation, self-worth, follow-through, and connection.
As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. Men are often expected to be competent, steady, and dependable without always having a place to talk honestly about what happens when that becomes difficult. That perspective shapes the way I work with men: with honesty, compassion, practical tools, and real conversations without judgment.
My own marriage has also taught me how much relationships require vulnerability, accountability, and teamwork, especially when navigating ADHD. That experience helps shape my work with couples as they move beyond blame and toward greater understanding, reliability, and connection.
I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth after years of being overweight. Making meaningful changes taught me that taking care of yourself isn’t passive. It often means doing difficult things consistently because you’ve decided your well-being matters. Learning to show up for myself changed not only my health, but the way I saw and valued myself. That experience shapes how I help clients build a healthier, more grounded relationship with themselves.
Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered. My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build practical skills, overcome challenges, and create lasting change.
My name is Roy Sheneman. I am an experienced licensed professional counselor. When we meet, it is my goal to get to know you as a whole person and seek ways I may be of service. I treat everyone with respect and offer my lifetime of experience and wisdom as a resource. I believe everyone has the capacity to overcome the challenges of life.
Mrs. Whiteside has worked in various mental health settings maintaining her unwavering focus on mothers and small children. As a perinatal psychotherapist, Mrs. Whiteside works with mothers and/or families who are struggling with perinatal mental illness during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Mrs. Whiteside is currently a social work doctoral student at The University of Louisville researching the impact of perinatal mood disorders, as evidence indicates that depression and other mood disorders in parents can have a harmful impact on children, including cognitive difficulties, insecure attachment, and behavioral problems.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and a National Certified Counselor based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Houston Clear Lake and have been practicing for 5 years. I help people from all ages with their mental health concerns. I'm focused on helping clients discover their strengths, build support systems, and foster holistic self-awareness. I firmly believe that the client is the expert of their own life and a key collaborator in treatment planning. I also believe in a cooperative approach to treating clients and welcome collaboration from family members.
I’m a therapist who sees and treats you as a unique individual — not just a diagnosis or a checklist of symptoms. My goal is to meet you where you are, walk with you through your journey, and support you in reaching a place where you’re not just surviving, but truly thriving.
I offer therapy grounded in compassion, care, and consistency. I believe in holding space for both grace and accountability — creating a safe environment where you can be honest with yourself, challenge unhelpful patterns, and grow.
Together, we’ll work to identify and confront the distorted thoughts and false beliefs that often fuel anxiety, depression, and disconnection. My deepest desire is to help you break free from cycles that keep you stuck and to support your movement toward healing, clarity, and wholeness.
Hello & Welcome! I provide therapy for individuals and families working through life transitions, emotional challenges, and periods of uncertainty. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping clients better understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing healthier ways to cope and move forward. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable exploring their experiences at their own pace. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening confidence, and creating lasting change that feels meaningful and sustainable. Therapy is personalized to each client’s unique needs, goals, and strengths, with an emphasis on growth, healing, and long-term well-being.
I received my license to practice marriage and family therapy in Texas in 1995. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work successfully with many different types of clients.
I am experienced with mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder. Anxiety, and adjustment disorders are quite common. We are all products of our family and culture so these issues are discussed in individual and couples counseling sessions.
Because my specialty is marriage and family counseling, I sometimes work with couples or with several family members in the counseling session. If you are seeking marital therapy, then you are already aware of how complex it is to resolve problems to satisfy both of you. I want you to know that it is possible to unravel the issues and resolve them. All that is required is honesty – primarily with yourself – and a bit of work. We have seen many couples return to a peaceful and satisfying marriage.
My counseling style is relaxed, but very direct. I prefer for clients to come to counseling weary of how things are going and prepared to begin changing their life.
I practice solution-oriented and CBT counseling techniques which means that we work hard to ensure you come to as few sessions as possible. Many clients report 6 to 10 sessions are sufficient to provide mastery over the symptoms that brought them to therapy.
Integrity, honesty and decency are keys to success and it is my commitment to bring these characteristics to each session.
My name is Shavone Marie Williams-Moss, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I entered the field of social work largely because of my family background; I was raised by a single father while my mother struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues and could not perform her role as a parent.
One day as an adult in my 20's, I saw my mother sitting on a bench on the main street in Kentucky. I welcomed her into my home only to discover she not only suffered from homelessness but bipolar disorder, major depression, and substance abuse. My mother lived with me for a year, after which she passed away. This situation made me wonder, what if, in her younger years, she would have met someone who was supportive, understanding, kind, selfless, and invested in helping her be the best version of her, she could be. It was then that I decided to enter the Social Work Field. I wanted to provide help to those who could not help themselves and aid to those in need.
If it is on your heart and mind, it matters. We are here to help you with those matters, which may include depression, anxiety, grief or trauma. We want you to find the support you need to make sustainable changes to help you live as you desire.
I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I provide individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy and groups. I also use TFCBT, CBT, DBT and Family Systems Therapy. I also provide parenting coaching, clinical supervision and psycho-educational training. I specialize in working with children ages (5-18) and young adults.
If you are struggling and would like a warm, welcoming, and safe space to unlock and release the things that trouble your heart and mind, please contact us so we can help you navigate and begin a new inward journey to healing.
I have been in practice for over 20 years, treating individuals. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that is client-focused for your needs. I primarily work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, racial stress, perinatal health, chronic illness/pain, trauma, and life transitions. I include a variety of techniques in my practice such as mindfulness, body work, CBT, and DBT. My practice is both LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC informed.
Welcome, my name is Felice, (like ~Felice Navidad).
I know that reaching out for counseling takes courage, and I want you to know you don’t have to walk through life’s challenges alone. My role as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where you can share your story, explore your struggles, and discover practical tools for healing and growth.
With over 20 years of experience in education, counseling, and supporting individuals from all walks of life, I specialize in helping people through grief, adoption journeys, and major life transitions. I also work with clients facing anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, caregiving responsibilities, and relationship concerns.

At the Child & Adult Behavior Center, we help both adults and children, as well as parents.
For adults, we help you find ways to cope with stress, anxiety, loss and depression. Not only talking through and understanding, but also concrete "what to do about it" coping skills, lead to calmer, more stable emotions and relationships. We find cognitive behavioral therapy very useful, and within that, learning the skills of mindfulness, a form of in-the-moment meditative thinking, to calm and focus the mind when emotions overtake. This fosters a new way of viewing and handling stressful situations as they arise.
For children's therapy, we work with you, and with your child. Parents' feedback is a critical part of helping children feel and do better. We help you with parent-child interactions to find your way as you navigate the seas of child behavior. Our specializations are the treatment for Aspergers/autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, emotional self regulation, the behavioral and emotional aspects of sensory issues, anxiety and depression. Our special programs also treat a wide range of neuroatypical, developmentally challenged children. Neuro-typical parent-child relationships, family relations, and parenting issues for all children and teens are also our focus. We help - you help your child - with ideas and techniques to put into action. Ideas that can greatly reduce the stress and storm of being a parent in the trenches. Peace in the home is possible!

Hi, I'm Dr. Joycelyn Anderson — but most people just call me Dr. J.
I've spent over 16 years walking alongside people through the moments that reshape who they are: a big move, a new role, a strained relationship, a season of just feeling stuck. I started my career in K-12 schools and eventually opened Evolution of Life Wellness and Counseling, PLLC, because I wanted to work with people across every stage of that journey—not just one chapter of it.
A few years ago, I relocated, and it taught me something I now bring into every session: change doesn't just rearrange your circumstances; it can quietly unsettle your sense of self. I know what it's like to feel like you're starting over, and I know that healing rarely happens in a straight line.
I bring a whole-person approach to our work together—your mind, your body, your relationships, your faith, if that matters to you, and your story all belong in the room. I'll never ask you to leave parts of yourself at the door. My style is warm but direct; I'll walk with you gently, and I'll also tell you the truth when it matters.
Outside of sessions, I'm someone who still believes in slow mornings and good conversation. I host a podcast called The Evolving Mosaic, where I talk about identity, belonging, and the beautiful, messy process of becoming.
If you're considering therapy, I know that first step can feel like a lot. I hope that by the time we meet, it already feels a little less like starting with a stranger and more like continuing a conversation.
