To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.

Hi! I am Lexi.
I have been working with high acuity trauma clients for three years, since switching from a career in school counseling. Working with clients who have experienced immense trauma is such meaningful work that I am so grateful to be a part of. My clinical passions are centered around helping individuals build their self-worth, challenge thinking traps, and manage mental health symptoms through coping mechanisms. The most rewarding circumstances for me are helping clients to reclaim their strengths and their story, while working towards fostering a healthy environment of love and acceptance for their selves.
While my experiences have been largely based on trauma throughout my career, I am open to all clients and enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds and circumstances. :)

As a Therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients evolve into the best version of themselves. At EJM Therapy, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can show up fully without shame or stigma.
For many clients such as yourself, finding a place to share openly without fear of judgment can feel impossible. Somewhere you can laugh, cry, scream, or all three. Hi, I’m Erica, a therapist in the Philadelphia area who believes healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-perfect. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an honest appreciation for how complicated, funny, painful, and beautiful being human can be.
My approach combines evidence based tools with curiosity, compassion, humor, and a genuine interest in understanding what makes you, well, you. I work with people who want to understand themselves better, break patterns that are no longer serving them, work through difficult experiences, or simply feel a little more comfortable in their own lives.
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest. You don’t have to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or come in with everything figured out. You can show up messy, overwhelmed, frustrated, guarded, or completely unsure of where to start. We can figure it out together.
As someone who lives with a disability, I also know that resilience is a word that gets thrown around pretty casually. I understand what it means to build a life around limitations you didn’t choose while still wanting a life that feels full, meaningful, and genuinely yours. I bring that lived experience into my work, not because I think it means I understand everyone’s experience, but because I know what it feels like to keep going when things are heavy.
At the end of the day, I’m a therapist, but I’m also a real person. I won’t pretend to have all the answers or expect you to have yours. My job is to meet you where you are, help you understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and give you some tools to make things feel a little more manageable.
Hi, I’m Aaron. I specialize in helping adults ages 18–64 who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious about the future. On the outside, you might appear successful and high-functioning, but internally, you may be dealing with burnout, racing thoughts, grief, or a lack of meaning. Whether you are navigating life transitions, relationship stress, or existential worry, I help you turn internal insight into real-world progress.
With over a decade of experience supporting individuals from under-resourced communities to corporate executives, I bring a balance of deep empathy, structured support, and gentle accountability. Rather than just talking through problems, we work collaboratively to build practical, multi-modal toolkits you can use outside of sessions to manage anxiety, build resilience, and regain a sense of direction and joy.
Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, conflicted, hopeless and/or stuck? Together we can take the first step toward resolving your struggles, regaining your sense of well-being, finding solutions and creating a path toward your best life. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to help you work through your obstacles and struggles. I will provide guidance, support and clinical expertise to help you navigate through life's challenges and find hope and healing. I recognize the significance of how all aspects of a person's life affect their well-being including your mental, psychological, physical and spiritual health. I facilitate healing and help you reach your potential. I utilize different approaches depending upon your needs and goals.
I have over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, including working with all ages to assist individuals and families in developing more effective coping skills, mastering challenges, improving relationships and finding peace and happiness in life. I have been employed in many different capacities in the mental health field including working in the role of a behavioral specialist, mobile therapist, primary therapist in a residential treatment facility, outpatient therapist and therapist in an equine-assisted therapy program for veterans. Among my areas of primary expertise are depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, healing from narcissistic abuse, mood disorders, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, single-adulthood challenges and life transitions. Please call for additional information and an initial free phone consultation.
As a therapist, my work centers on creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their inner worlds and work toward healing. My approach is deeply informed by both clinical training and my own life experiences, which have taught me that vulnerability is not weakness—it's the gateway to authentic connection and growth. I believe that every person carries within them the capacity for resilience and transformation. My role isn't to "fix" anyone, but to walk alongside them as they discover their own strength and wisdom.
The journey of healing begins with a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and mutual respect. My worldview and core values determine my approach to therapy and engaging with you. I strongly believe in a holistic approach to therapy: I consider the art and science of healing to support the whole person – body, mind, and spirit.
I have decades of rich and varied life experiences which inform my practice. I have worked in schools with children as an educator with a great understanding of human development, I am a grass-roots level community development social worker and a mental health clinician in community behavioral health.
I am a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Case Western Reserve and have been practicing for 8 years. I am committed to empower and help people heal to become their best selves. I help young adults struggling with career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. My counseling style is a warm and interactive approach focusing on ineffective behaviors, habits and beliefs. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals.
With over two decades of dedicated service in student support and mental health, I bring a wealth of experience to my the clients that I provide service to. For the past 22 years, I have served as a school counselor within a public high school system, navigating the complex social, emotional, and academic landscapes that adolescents face today.
In addition to my work in a high school setting, I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the past 11 years, allowing me to provide a high level of clinical expertise and therapeutic support to a diverse range of clients. My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep understanding of human development.

Whether you are navigating life transitions, seeking to improve your mental performance, or looking for clinical support, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals in a safe and supportive environment.
I’m Michelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy works best when clients feel truly seen, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I have 13 years of experience in social work, including child welfare and trauma-focused work, which has shaped me into a grounded, direct therapist focused on helping clients feel supported while creating real change.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression, especially when past experiences feel unresolved or continue to show up in the present.

I love what I do as a Licensed Clinical Therapist. To me, there's no better job than showing people how to use their minds to work for them instead of against them by getting past their mental blocks and past traumas so they don't have to suffer any longer.
Specifically, I work with two groups - couples and parents. Couples that aren't communicating very well that have lost that once special connection with their partner and parents struggling with their children's behaviors.

Hello!
My name is Kelly Brock and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and also in Iowa.
Maybe you are just feeling stuck, and don't know why? Or maybe you know why, but don't quite understand what tools to use or how to use them to get yourself to that next level up in self-understanding and comfort?
I believe finding one's peace in life is a journey of exploration… Sometimes our human side tends to make the exploration in life's journey a tad bit complicated. When we know more about ourselves (and others)... we are just able to navigate life better!
My style of therapy is one of an eclectic approach that allows me to utilize appropriate interventions based on the needs of each person. I have worked with adolescents and adults in residential/crisis treatment centers, colleges, community mental health facilities, and substance use treatment centers. I have experience with clients diagnosed with severe mental illness, substance abuse, trauma, intellectual disabilities, anxiety, and interpersonal issues. I work with individuals ages 14 and up, who are either coming to therapy for the first time or would like to continue therapy to work on their personal goals.
I am a Licensed Social Worker who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life changes, develop healthy skills, and feel empowered to achieve their personal goals. I work with clients to identify patterns, behaviors, and thoughts that are negatively impacting their lives through a person-centered and strengths-based approach.
I can see clients virtually that live in PA.
Hello and welcome to Grow Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in the mental health field since 1998. First, with my bachelors degree and later doing clinical work after earning my master's degree.
I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health.
Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves.
Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. And other times, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and off balance. I would like to offer guidance and support as you navigate those ups and downs.
Clients often tell me they’ve never had a therapist quite like me. Many of my clients have tried therapy before but felt it was mainly surface-level venting. Sessions with me are far more than that. My style is active, collaborative, and grounded in honest conversation. I won’t simply nod along or repeat what you’ve already told me. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, challenge what isn’t working, and help you make sense of your experiences in a way that leads to meaningful change.
I include humor in our sessions when it feels right. Therapy can be meaningful without being stiff or overly clinical. Some conversations will be deep and challenging, while others might include humor or a different perspective. You don’t have to hold back here. You can be blunt, emotional, messy, or even make a sarcastic joke during tough discussions. I’m not looking for perfection. I’m looking for honesty and a willingness to move forward.
Understanding your diagnosis or past experiences is part of therapy, but it’s not everything. Some struggles come from trauma, mental health, or life experiences, while others are simply part of being human. We all face relationships, stress, loss, uncertainty, and change. Rather than focusing only on a diagnosis or label, we’ll look at the full picture of your life and find meaningful ways to move forward.
This work is a good fit if you are open to new ideas, willing to be challenged, and ready to apply what we discuss between sessions. I’ll provide practical tools, but therapy isn’t about quick fixes. Gaining insight is valuable, but insight alone doesn’t create change. Sometimes the work is learning to manage discomfort rather than eliminate it. Together, we’ll understand what keeps you stuck and learn to respond differently over time.
I'm Beth Kaminsky, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in modern psychoanalytic and attachment-based therapy, integrated with mindfulness-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Much of my work centers on a simple but often overlooked idea: the patterns shaping your life today — how you argue, withdraw, overwork, or self-protect — were formed by earlier relational experience, often outside conscious awareness. I also draw on literature; the way a well-drawn character reveals themselves slowly, often to their own surprise, mirrors how self-understanding actually unfolds in therapy.
Rather than staying purely in the past, we bring that understanding into the present — noticing how old patterns show up in a hard conversation, a recurring conflict, or a feeling you can't quite name — and building the capacity to respond with more awareness and less reactivity. The goal isn't insight for its own sake, but change you can actually feel in daily life.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who has a passion for helping those of us who suffer with mental health issues. I have worked with people from all walks of life and with all mental health disorders. My whole goal as a therapist is to teach you the skills necessary to manage your mental health condition so that you can become empowered to lead the life that you desire. Essentially, it is my job to put myself out of business by teaching you the tools that will help you to no longer need a therapist.
