Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, you can expect a warm welcome and a safe space to share your story. Together, we'll begin exploring your goals and crafting a personalized path towards healing and well-being. I'm here to support you every step of the way.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength lies in my ability to quickly connect and build rapport with clients through active listening. Client feedback has shown that I excel in helping individuals uncover core beliefs that may be hindering their progress. Together, we work on reframing these beliefs, empowering clients to foster healthy relationships and achieve social-emotional well-being.

Glenda is thoughtful, insightful, and capable of speaking encouraging truth while challenging us toward deeper connection. She has put in time outside of our sessions, researching homework that fits our needs. Her presence reduces our anxiety, and helps us understand one another more. Five stars, we highly recommend.
