I’m a therapist who works best with people who’ve spent years putting everyone else first and are finally ready to start showing up for themselves in ways that actually matter. Therapy with me looks like a conversation. It's honest and down-to-earth. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to who you actually are—not who you’ve had to become.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is about getting to know you—what’s been going on, what’s been hard, and what you’d like to be different. We’ll talk about what’s been getting in the way, what matters most to you, who you want to be, and start making sense of what’s been feeling overwhelming. You can expect a mix of compassion and curiosity. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and hopefully a little lighter.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Therapy with me is about accepting that in life suffering is inevitable. We make space for pain and choose who we want to be anyway. My approach blends mindfulness, values and practical skills to help you show up as your real self, unapologetically.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with women and individuals who’ve spent years taking care of everyone else and are ready to start focusing on themselves. Many come to therapy feeling burnt out, anxious, or unsure of who they are outside of all their responsibilities and roles the have played in life. They’re capable and driven but tired of carrying it all. I help them slow down, set boundaries, and reconnect with what truly matters so life feels more balanced, grounded and meaningful.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Life can be overwhelming and exhausting with overthinking, operating out of emotions, and self-doubt, but it doesn’t have to be that way. In our work together, we’ll use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build resilience and psychological flexibility—not by fighting or avoiding your thoughts/feelings/sensations/memories, but by changing your relationship with them.
