Hi, I’m Moudy! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in PA. I have a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I have been practicing post-graduation for 4 years. I am here to help adults who struggle to find peace and contentment in their lives due to a variety of stresses, symptoms, and crises. Together we can explore your story with the utmost care and respect to discover the life you want to live and the person you want to be.
I am a very passionate therapist who has been counseling individuals since the year 2000. I am animated and authentic. I am dedicated to my clients and their healing. There is nothing more beautiful than watching people transform their lives from dysfunctional to functional and then to extraordinary. I feel honored that I get to do this very important work.
Hi, I'm Cory!
Do you feel unmotivated, uninspired, and stuck in the routine of life or your relationship? Are you searching for who you are at your core and learning to live a life aligned with that? Are you struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, or stress, which gets in the way of you moving forward?
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with families, individuals, and couples. My belief is that we all have struggles throughout our lives, and with the right support, we all have the strength within us to overcome these obstacles. In walking this journey of growth and healing with you, we will use a mind, body, and soul approach. I believe if we are not fulfilling all areas of our health and wellness there will always be parts of us that are not aligned with our truest self, which hinders our natural healing cycle and interferes with us living a meaningful and fulfilling life.
I work well with individuals experiencing life struggles related to anxiety, depression, trauma, negative patterns caused by toxic family dynamics, phase of life and adjustment issues, grief and loss, career challenges, self esteem obstacles, relationship struggles, developing and teaching coping skills, finding the root causes to negative patterns in your life, and helping to identify who you are as your individual self.
My work is informed by real-life experiences, which allows me to approach therapy with authenticity, compassion, and genuine understanding. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns at a pace that feels right for you. I help adults manage anxiety, navigate relationships, cope with stress, and handle the demands of everyday life. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical tools, and work toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and meaningful, lasting change.
Hi, I'm Stephanie – your partner on a path to a brighter you.
If anxiety, depression, or life's twists have you in their grip, remember, you're not alone. I blend Person-Centered Therapy's wisdom with CBT and DBT tools, tailoring them to build your unique path to growth.
My passion is walking alongside others and creating a sanctuary where they can lay their inner world bare. This is the environment in which true healing and growth can take place.
Hello! I'm a Pennsylvania-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker and yoga teacher who treats anxiety, depression and trauma. I combine EMDR, somatic therapy and strength based talk therapy to help clients connect with their whole selves and live their lives more authentically. As we work together, clients become more self aware, reduce the impact of old wounds, and clear space for new patterns of thought, feeling and action. This process helps them move more freely towards the future they desire.
I provide therapy for individuals who are managing life on the outside but feeling overwhelmed on the inside. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges.
My approach is relational and conversational. Sessions often feel like reflective dialogue where your experiences, patterns, and goals guide our work together.
I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where insight, understanding, and clarity can develop naturally. We’ll work collaboratively to build coping skills that fit your life.
I’m Dr. Amber Norwood and I'm a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. I’m glad you’re here. Making the decision to pursue a therapeutic relationship demonstrates an investment in your wellness and a willingness to do the work to get there.
You have many responsibilities in life and likely wear many hats, so it’s important that therapy is accessible, effective, and meaningful. I work with clients through a teletherapy-only practice, which allows you to participate in our work together from any quiet, confidential space. I strive to create an affirming and safe space for individuals from all walks of life and happily welcome clients of all income levels, abilities, gender identities, faiths, ethnicities, and sexual orientations.
In our work together, I will take the time to listen and get to know you, your history, your values, and your goals. My primary areas of clinical expertise and competence are in the treatment of adults across the lifespan with a focus on life transitions and self-compassion, anxiety, depression, anger management, health behavior change (e.g., substance use, weight, health management) and general health, such as coping with a new medical diagnosis, medical care giving, disease prevention, medical and psychiatric dual diagnoses, infertility, family planning, aging, illness anxiety, and navigating other health-related concerns.
My specific treatment approaches typically draw from acceptance-based modalities such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). I also draw on traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills where necessary. It has been my experience that therapy is most effective when the use of these specific approaches is tailored to each individual client’s goals and values. Each of these approaches is geared toward helping you to make clear, focused change toward a more connected, healthy way of living.
My name is Michael Ermalinski, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 35 years of clinical experience. I hold an M.S. from St. Joseph’s University and a B.A. from New York University, supported by extensive post-graduate work in clinical psychology. I have dedicated my career to being a steady, reliable anchor for my clients, combining deep clinical wisdom with a modern, evidence-based approach to help you achieve lasting mental wellness.
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can be a big step, and finding the right therapist, someone you feel comfortable with and can trust, is an important part of that process. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, including more than 8 years working in therapy settings.
My background in case management has given me a broad understanding of the many challenges that can impact emotional well-being, relationships, and daily life. I believe therapy should be tailored to you not a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we will identify your goals, explore the challenges you are facing, and develop strategies that feel realistic and meaningful for your life. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective therapy. I will meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and work collaboratively with you to build trust and create a space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I'm Ben Northrup, a licensed professional counselor with experience working with people with a wide range of mental health challenges. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals with borderline personality disorder, psychosis treatment, helping family members of individuals with symptoms of psychosis, and support for anxiety and depression.
I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Lock Haven University and have worked in group homes, partial hospitalization programs, women’s centers, and community-based mental health clinics. These experiences have shaped my client-centered, practical, and empathetic approach to therapy.
I tend to keep therapy pretty conversational and relaxed. I don't think therapy should feel like something you have to dread each week. Sometimes we'll have a serious emotional conversation, sometimes we'll problem solve, sometimes we'll laugh, and sometimes you might just need a place to let everything out. My goal is to make therapy a place where you can be yourself while we figure out the best way to help you reach your goals.

With over 13 years of experience as a dedicated social worker, I have served 6 years in nursing facilities and the past 7 years as a transplant social worker. Throughout my career, I have been committed to supporting individuals and families through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. In nursing facilities, I provided compassionate care and advocacy for elderly residents, helping them navigate the challenges of aging, loss, and chronic medical conditions. As a transplant social worker, I have guided patients through the complex emotional and logistical journey of organ transplantation, offering critical support around grief, depression, anxiety, and the impact of chronic illness. My work has consistently focused on empowering clients, promoting emotional resilience, and improving their overall quality of life during difficult times.

Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty. Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the healing power of being truly witnessed. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning, connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.
Welcome, it is great to have you here! My name is Marielle and I have been in the social work field for 5+ years working with individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, and in schools. My specialties within a therapy setting include working with individuals with chronic illness, disabilities, and anxiety disorders. While these are my specialties, everyone is welcome in this space. I look forward to meeting you!
For over thirty years I have had the privilege of providing therapy to individuals who have experienced challenges in life such as trauma, abuse and loss. In my work I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). The decision regarding which modality is used is a joint decision made with the client and myself based on an open discussion about my client's needs and what they are comfortable with.
Nastassja Hanna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and founder of Lumen Counseling, providing online therapy, virtual therapy, and telehealth counseling throughout Pennsylvania. She works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, overthinking, perfectionism, trauma and PTSD, depression, BPD and emotional dysregulation, relationship problems, and life transitions.
You may feel exhausted from constantly worrying, replaying conversations, second-guessing yourself, checking or seeking reassurance, trying to stay ahead of what could go wrong, or managing emotions that feel overwhelming. Maybe painful experiences continue to affect you, or you keep finding yourself in patterns you understand but cannot seem to change.
Nastassja helps clients look beneath the symptoms to understand what may be keeping them stuck, develop practical tools, and make meaningful changes. Her approach is warm, analytical, compassionate, practical, and values-driven. She believes you are more than your struggles and seeks to understand your experiences, relationships, strengths, beliefs, values, and goals. Her work helps clients develop the tools to respond differently to life’s challenges and make choices aligned with what truly matters to them. Christian counseling and faith-integrated therapy are available upon request.
You are exhausted from carrying everything on your own. Your mind never seems to slow down. You replay conversations, second-guess decisions, and worry about things that haven’t even happened yet. You spend so much time taking care of everyone else that you’re not sure when you stopped taking care of yourself.
I help people understand what’s keeping them stuck and create a path toward healing. Using EMDR therapy, we work together to process difficult experiences, reduce the emotional weight of the past, and quiet the constant mental noise that keeps you feeling overwhelmed. Rather than talking about what happened, EMDR helps your brain reprocess experiences that may still be affecting how you think, feel, and respond today. Along the way, we’ll build practical tools, healthier boundaries, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
Courtney Pfohlman is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Clinical Professional Counselor in Nevada who provides virtual therapy for adults. She is a Clinical Supervisor for student therapists in Nevada. Over the past 12 years, she has gained extensive experience working within community mental health agencies serving individuals with co-occurring disorders, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs, and Drug Court-mandated counseling. She has also worked in private practice, conducting clinical assessments and determining client appropriateness for EMDR therapy.
Hi, I’m Angela, a licensed clinical social worker who’s all about creating a space where you can just be real. Life gets heavy sometimes, and whether you're feeling anxious, burned out, stuck in a relationship pattern, or weighed down by past experiences, I’m here to help you sort through it without judgment.
I work with adults who are ready to do the inner work, even if they’re not totally sure where to start. We’ll look at what’s getting in your way, explore the stories you’ve been telling yourself, and build tools that actually make a difference day to day. I pull from CBT, DBT, and strengths-based approaches to keep things practical and focused, but I also believe in the power of slowing down, getting curious, and creating space for growth.
Clients often tell me they feel heard, supported, and challenged in all the right ways. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and honest. I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you figure out where you want to go. Whether you're working through anxiety, past trauma, relationship issues, or just trying to feel better in your own skin, you don’t have to do it alone. I'm here when you're ready.

I have worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years, but started researching and seeking methods of healing since my early teens. Hi, I'm Amber (she/her)! I have over 15 years of experience! I’m a therapist and clinical supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals through substance use, mental health concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds, including individuals involved with the court system and LGBTQ+ individuals. These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, feminist, and social justice perspectives.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a mom and a spouse, and much of my time is spent at home with my family. I understand that life can be messy, complicated, overwhelming, and sometimes beautiful all at the same time. I bring that same understanding and humanity into my work with clients.
Hi there! I’m Sarah :) Congratulations at taking the first step in reaching out to a counselor. I can understand how difficult it can be for some to make that decision. It can be hard to admit when someone feels like they need additional help in their lives to get things moving in a positive direction. It's important to recognize that this is not a flaw, and that teamwork is sometimes the best solution for an issue. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is very important and that you need to feel comfortable with someone to open up and trust. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to help you find your desired goals.
It is very important to me to meet my patients where they are with a collaborative approach to assist in normalizing some of the issues they experience. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I will assist you with management of symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and establishing a strong skill set to increase quality of life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness techniques. I tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs, helping to gain insight, build coping skills and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. My goal is to empower patients to take control of their mental health and lead more fulfilling lives. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.

If anxiety, chronic pain, health concerns, or other life challenges have changed your life and you’re tired of not feeling like yourself, I’m here to help. I’m a licensed mental health counselor with nearly two decades of experience supporting others through life’s challenges.

Helping others was always the most meaningful part of my work, which led me to a second career in counseling. I bring a broad perspective and understanding of both the personal and practical challenges people face.

I am an active empathetic listener and I consider that a priority in building a therapeutic partnership. You know you best! I will not assume and will ask questions to help the process move forward in a manner that promotes your individual growth toward your goals. I like to use real-life examples in discussion and I often employ humor in this and will get to know specifics that will personalize these examples. I am well-trained and experienced in many evidence-based treatments and together we can explore and plan how to proceed and progress in these for you.
Reaching out to engage in therapy can be scary. Please know I understand this and will provide a reassuring, supportive setting to focus on you and on what you are looking to get out of the therapy experience. Welcome! I’m Shey, an IFS-informed therapist who wishes to help you navigate the journey from unhealed trauma to meaningful personal growth. We don’t have to wait for a crisis to put on our own “oxygen masks.” I’ve learned the hard way how essential it is to care for ourselves first—nurturing our well-being so we can show up fully in our lives. In my sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. I specialize in supporting women who have experienced difficult marriages and relationships, helping them rebuild their lives. Understanding the impact such trauma can have on self-esteem and identity, I work alongside you to process your experiences, rediscover your inner strength, and restore your sense of self-worth.
I also support South Asian women navigating the complexities of overlapping cultural or familial expectations. Together, we honor the strength in your scars, tend to the wounds that remain, and embrace every part of who you are—authentically and unapologetically.

I strongly believe in helping others explore their past, live better in the present, and face the future with renewed hope through compassionate collaboration. Working on you while managing life's challenges gives us all the opportunity to live our most authentic life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from Marywood University. I have 20 years experience as a clinical psych specialist helping adults manage anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck in negative thought patterns, or are navigating difficult life changes. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate and safe space where one can feel empowered to move forward with confidence.
Hello! I appreciate that you’re taking this step toward finding a therapist you feel will be a good fit for you. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 13 years of experience. For most of this time I have worked with people around issues of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and relationship/family issues. I am also passionate about working with LGBTQ folks around issues of coming out and self-acceptance. I know that the decision to look for a therapist isn’t always an easy one but, by doing so, you are taking an important first step toward creating change for yourself!
I take a down-to-earth, supportive, conversational approach to therapy. I engage in discussion and don’t hesitate to share my own life experience when appropriate. I find that a more personal approach helps strengthen the relationship between me and the people I meet with which, in turn, will help you feel more comfortable being open in sessions.
I take this approach because therapy is most successful when a person feels like their therapist understands them and when there is some level of connection. I focus on ensuring you will feel both seen and heard starting with our first session. You will be approached by me with curiosity, interest, and care at all times. At the start of your sessions with me I will ask how you’d like to start that day’s conversation and, if you’re not sure, will support you in discovering what might be important for you to talk about in the moment.
I invite you to schedule a first session to see if I am a good fit for what you’re looking for in therapy!
Each individual presents with unique experiences and challenges. My aim is to meet you where you are at and help you reach the next personal goal you have set whether it be self-discovery or coping with various challenges. I help by bringing humor and empathic listening to every session. I aim to understand your experience in your eyes and feel what you feel. I hope to help you see that others can help you through the challenges that you are facing.
My goal is to help bring a strong connection to the time you spend with me in therapy. The connection made in therapy can lead to strong bonds in your personal life and better decision-making. Through a person-centered and solution-focused approach, we will be able to help you process trauma or discover the person you aspire to be.
I specialize in working with men who struggle with self-esteem, relationships difficulties, motivation issues, social anxiety, ADHD, depression, and parenting issues. The clients I work with generally fall into 3 groups of people.
The 1st struggles with self-esteem, social anxiety, some difficulties with forming healthy relationships, sensitivity to rejection, uncertainty of who they are, and being self-critical.
The 2nd struggles with ADHD, indecisiveness, following through on goals, feeling disorganized, talking compulsively, racing thoughts, having too many ideas, and being perfectionistic to a fault.
The 3rd group I work with are fathers or husbands. They may have difficulties controlling their emotions, connecting with their partner or children in a meaningful way, or communicating their thoughts and feelings in a way that's honest and empathetic.
Every client I see is unique and not everything listed always applies, but if you see yourself in any of these groups then I encourage you to keep reading.
Unfortunately I do not work with clients under the age of 24.

You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.
Hi, I’m Abby. I help children, adolescents, and young adult college students (up to age 25) learn to manage anxiety and depression as well as take control of focus and organization. We will work together to help you identify challenges and triggers, learn and implement healthy coping skills, and identify resources and supports. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and creative therapies to help you achieve your goals. I can’t wait to partner with you on this journey!
