Welcome/Bienvenidos. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with individual and couples seeking support through life’s challenges and transition. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and goal oriented, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brief Therapy. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.
Life these days can feel like you are on a roller coaster that doesn’t stop. This can lead to having very intense emotions, ones that feel overwhelming, scary, hopeless. Maybe you are feeling extreme loneliness? Feeling so stressed that it’s hard to focus, or you just don’t feel like doing much of anything lately. Intense negative feelings can affect your relationships, sleep, and job or school performance. For some, anxiety or sadness can lead to outbursts of anger or feelings of worthlessness inside. It is important to learn about yourself, what is causing these feelings, and to know that there are solutions.
I have worked with adolescents and adults for many years to to gain control of their lives. By building a safe and supportive environment for people to learn about themselves and to feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and emotions, I help my clients identify these issues more clearly and work to find realistic solutions to their problems.
In these more stressful times it is understandable to feel out of sorts and to reach out for help. There is no shame in this, as a matter of fact it takes great courage to do so. I provide a safe caring environment through online therapy. You can begin the process of learning about yourself from your home. You can begin to heal, return to being productive

Hi,
I am Diane Smith, a licensed practicing counselor in Pennsylvania. Congratulations on deciding to do therapy. I have worked in clinical counseling psychology for 14 years. I love to help people achieve their goals. We all go through difficult times, and I am trained to help people overcome obstacles.
Together, we can work on the issues that are holding you back. It doesn't matter if it's anxiety, depression, you're burned out, poor boundaries, OCD, addictions, relationship issues, grief, and loss; you name it, we can handle it. You deserve to live your best life.
If you are new to therapy, don't worry. It's like talking to a good friend who is legally bound to not share a word you say. There are 3 reasons when I am legally bound to report, since I am a mandated reporter: 1. You threaten to kill the president 2. You threaten to harm yourself. 3. You threaten to harm someone else.
Also, you won't be judged for anything you tell me. People do what they do for many reasons. Most of my clients say that I am very easy to talk to and that they feel safe sharing with me. I hope that you give me a shot! I look forward to going on a journey with you.
FYI*** Please give 24 hours' advanced notice if you can not attend an appointment or you will be charged $50.00
Also, If you do not show up for an appointment you will be charged $50.00 as well.
I only get my hourly fee if I meet with the client for the allotted time. If the client does not show I don't get paid.
Thanks for your time,
Diane Smith
Hello! I am a school counselor and licensed professional counselor with over 16 years of experience working with elementary, middle school, high school, and post-secondary aged children and young adults. In recent years, I have branched into therapy work as a part-time job in addition to my day job as an elementary school counselor and therapy dog handler. I am an open-minded, compassionate professional who excels at finding the good in all people. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you toward reaching your goals!
If you would like to schedule for a time that isn't currently listed in my availability, please schedule for one of my available times and then message me with your preferred time. Hello! I’m Chloe, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 5 years of experience supporting young adults and adults through life’s most challenging moments — both in Intensive Outpatient Programs and outpatient settings.
I graduated from SUNY Albany’s School of Social Welfare in 2019, but my path to social work began even earlier. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the international development sector and spent time in some of the world’s most under-resourced communities. That experience shaped my deep commitment to cultural humility and my belief that every person’s story deserves to be heard on its own terms. Originally from London, I moved to the US in 2017, and my own experience navigating life across cultures deepens my appreciation for how much context shapes who we are.
At the heart of my work is a person-centered, strengths-based approach - I see therapy as a collaboration where you’re the expert on your own life and my role is to walk alongside you. I take a trauma-informed approach, recognizing that trauma shows up in many forms and has a very real impact on everyday life. I am EMDR-trained and draw on CBT and DBT techniques to offer a well-rounded, evidence-based experience, while keeping the relational, human side of therapy at the core. I am also neurodiversity-affirming and committed to creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me outside - running (slowly), walking a nature trail, or catching up with a friend over an iced coffee.
If you’re navigating a difficult season or transition, I’d be honored to support you.
I’m a dedicated mental health professional with over 10 years of experience in the helping professions, driven by a deep passion for supporting people in creating meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in treating anxiety and related disorders, low self-worth/self-esteem, as well as relationship and attachment issues.
I also have extensive experience working in addiction and behavioral health, supporting individuals through recovery with compassion, structure, and practical tools for sustainable progress. I also work with anxiety disorders and phobias, helping clients better understand their patterns and gradually overcome avoidance so they can live more freely.
A core part of my work focuses on self-confidence and self-image. I help clients challenge negative self-beliefs, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop a more balanced and compassionate relationship with themselves.
My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each individual’s goals. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering—giving you the skills, insight, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges long after our work together ends.
As an art therapist with Grow Therapy, I specialize in helping clients explore and express their emotions through the creative process, often using humor to create a relaxed and comfortable environment. By integrating traditional therapeutic techniques with art-making and a touch of lightheartedness, I provide a unique and effective approach to mental health care. My goal is to support you in your journey toward healing and self-discovery, offering a safe and nurturing space where you can process your experiences and gain new insights.
I bring over 23 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. My background includes 8 years in foster care and adoption, along with many years providing in-home support and therapy for children and families. For the past 13 years, I’ve worked extensively with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.
I’ve supported mothers facing complex life stressors, and I’ve also led co-parenting groups and smoking cessation programs. My work is grounded in a straightforward, down-to-earth approach that focuses on real-life change, not just talking about problems.
People often tell me they appreciate my ability to be present, practical, and easy to talk to.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, being with my pets, and connecting with family and friends.

Through this work, I realized my desire to be able to work with people in reaching personal goals through talk therapy. I graduated from Villanova University with a master’s in counseling and human services. Hi! I'm Dana, a licensed therapist (LPC) in Philadelphia for adults who are tired of the way their past experiences keep impacting the way they show up in the present, who feel like their feelings are "too much", and who get stuck overthinking everything but are unable to change in the ways they'd like.
If you're struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues and/or low self esteem; I'm here to tell you that there isn't anything 'wrong' with you. You aren't broken, you have simply learned to cope in ways that are no longer serving you. You don't need to be labeled or pathologized, you need to be supported by someone who actually gets you.
I work with adults in their mid-20s and beyond who feel stuck in patterns, overwhelmed by stress, or unsure how to move forward during big life changes. You might feel like you keep repeating the same patterns, or that stress is building up and you don’t know how to break out of it.
My style is warm, collaborative, and reflective. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s going on and build practical tools for real change. Together, we’ll work on understanding what’s holding you back, building emotional resilience, and creating healthier relationships with yourself and others.
I'm Morgan! I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults (as well as their families) as they navigate life's uncertainties. Throughout my career, I have worked with foster care placements (including biological and foster family units), school based therapy settings, outpatient settings, and telehealth platforms. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the importance of meeting client's where they are and tailor therapy to their unique strengths and needs.
I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh (H2P!!) and completed my graduate studies at Duquesne University. Outside of work, I am also a parent, which has further shaped my understanding of challenges that families and young people face. When I'm not working I am spending time with my family and my Rottweiler, named Nova.

Being unhappy can take you by surprise. Sometimes the cause of it seems clear, like a sudden break up or the death of someone close to you. Other times it’s harder to say. You might be in a relationship that no longer feels the way it once did. You may have moved to a new place or started a new job and find yourself unsettled. Or you may feel that everything is “going well,” yet still, for whatever reason, you just aren’t happy. If any of this sounds like you, I can help.I specialize in treating adults struggling with life transitions, dating and relationship problems, adhd and other neurodivergent experiences, and depression and loneliness. My background and style are in client centered, psychodynamic therapy, in which I can help you to work through both the imminent problems that brought you to therapy, as well as the sometimes more deeply hidden problems that precede and inform these present day problems. I have a decade of experience working in a number of clinical settings, and prior to that have a background in the humanities and philosophy. My own experience working through both psychological and philosophical questions informs my work with clients. I believe that therapy can be a great place to really work through your thoughts about your life, with the benefit of an outside participant who can listen with openness and curiosity.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, knowing that you will be met with compassion, respect, and understanding.

I work with women navigating life transitions, including changes in relationships, family roles, and health. These experiences can bring anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the effects of trauma into focus, and can influence how thoughts, emotions, and the body interact.
As a yoga teacher and yoga therapist for over 25 years, mindfulness is a natural part of my work and informs how I understand and approach the mind body connection. I integrate mindfulness based stress reduction, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, and somatic therapy into sessions in a way that supports awareness and emotional regulation.

I build rapport quickly and create a space where clients feel genuinely comfortable from the start.
Outside of the therapy room I'm passionate about supporting helping professionals through their own licensure and development journeys. When I'm not working I'm probably running, playing with my cats, hanging out with my family, and finding caffeine to help me function.
Hello, I'm Melissa! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker residing and practicing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I hold a BA from New York University and an MSW from Fordham University. I utilize a holistic, strengths-based approach with patients to help them achieve their goals, both inside and outside of treatment. My focus is on tailoring therapy to your unique needs and supporting you through life's challenges. I have extensive experience treating patients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship stress. When I'm not practicing therapy, you can find me crocheting/knitting, fostering kittens, and trying all of the best foods that Philly has to offer.
As a licensed professional counselor, I believe that healing begins with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and self-worth challenges. I work with adults from all walks of life and offer a compassionate, culturally sensitive approach that honors your unique story.
My clinical style is collaborative, grounded in empathy and trust. I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help you identify unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and move toward lasting growth and wellness. Whether you're struggling with panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, grief, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support your journey toward clarity and healing.
I also bring a strong spiritual awareness into sessions if that’s important to you. Many of my clients appreciate integrating their faith and values into therapy, and I’m honored to support that part of your life as well.
Together, we’ll create a path that supports your goals, your pace, and your voice. You're not alone—and your healing matters.
