Hi! I'm so glad you're here. As a board certified and licensed counselor, I believe counseling is a collaborative process and I strive to empower clients by honoring their strengths, insight and lived experiences. My clinical experience has primarily been working with individuals and families across a range of life challenges. I am especially passionate about focusing my work on maternal mental health and supporting military spouses.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Once we've decided to work together, our first session will be an introductory one. You will get a chance to share what feels important, we can begin identifying goals and discuss what feels most supportive moving forward.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety and life transitions with a practical, compassionate approach. In our sessions, I offer a down-to-earth perspective to help you feel grounded and empowered.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use an integrative approach to therapy, primarily drawing from CBT, mindfulness-based, strengths-based, and solution-focused modalities. Sessions are collaborative and supportive, focused on understanding patterns, building practical coping skills, and creating meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
