If you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally unsteady, or unsure how to move forward — you don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of North Carolina State University. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions of direction or purpose. Many of the people I support feel capable and motivated — yet internally worn down, struggling to feel grounded, present, or confident in themselves.
My primary focus is helping clients stabilize emotionally and mentally — so you feel more anchored, regulated, and clear. From that place of steadiness, we begin to explore how you can grow into the fullest version of yourself, making the most of your strengths, values, and lived experience rather than trying to become someone you’re not.
Therapy with me is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about creating a solid foundation where clarity, confidence, and meaningful change can naturally emerge. For those who find meaning and strength in their Christian faith, I welcome that as part of our work together — though spirituality is never required or assumed. You bring what matters to you, and we build from there.
Are you in search of completing your puzzle? The puzzle we call life? Look no further, together we can find the missing piece(s) and bring the function back into the dysfunction and chaos. Navigating through your thoughts, feelings, and actions to create the unique YOU, you have always wanted and needed. The power is yours! I, Paula Patterson, MSW, LCSW look forward to the opportunity to be a part of your journey. Please feel free to reach out and make your dream life of healthy, happy relationships become a reality,
Hi, I’m Raven Patten, LCSW. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and challenged to grow. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing realistic strategies that help you move toward the life you want to create.
Hello, I’m Dulcie.
Have you been struggling and wondering why it’s so hard to feel happy, have a positive outlook, and accomplish the goals you have for your life? Are feelings of disappointment, confusion, and failure contributing to problems with your emotional health and relationships? Do you feel like nothing will ever change so what’s the point in trying? Well, let me tell you why, you are worth it and it’s never too late to invest in YOU! I have many years of experience counseling great people just like you, working together to navigate life’s obstacles, find common sense solutions, and help guide and support you during life transitions. If you allow me to go on this journey of change with you, I will focus on a person-centered approach where your needs, goals, and objectives will be the roadmap for our work together. I will use evidence-based treatment techniques, largely based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you identify and change patterns in thinking and behavior that may be contributing to your current dissatisfaction. But perhaps even more important than the therapeutic approach employed, I will endeavor to build a relationship with you by being present, genuine, honest, and compassionate. I have learned that the outcomes my clients achieve are often a reflection of the strength of our therapeutic relationship. So, are you ready to partner with me as you endeavor to overcome the situations, relationship challenges, or symptoms that seem to be barriers between you and your best life? If so, I am committed to walking with you on your journey.
My name is La Kevia N Moore and I have been a licensed clinical therapist for 7 years. I also hold a doctorate in education, organizational leadership. Empathy and compassion are my two overarching themes. Providing support to clients in their most vulnerable times is my passion and my part in creating a healthy society. It will be my pleasure to serve you.
Hello, my name is Stephen Pleasant, and I'm a psychotherapist for men. Why therapy for men? Well, because sometimes a man just needs a pork shoulder to cry on. That being said, I will also work with women as well.
It’s a recognized human tendency for men to get “stuck” in their lives and to end up “settling” for the status quo when deep down they know they are capable of a great deal more. Here’s the truth; You are never “stuck” with your present circumstances.
The Game of Life is a psychological and spiritual journey and winning at this game requires you to change your play and learn to think differently and do things in a new way.
I help men break out from being “stuck” in life, resigned to producing results that are disappointing to them and others. My goal is to see transformative progress in men’s confidence, clarity, and self-expression, so that they may gain the fuller personal and work life they thought was beyond them.

Having been through a lot in my teenage years into adulthood, where I learned self-confidence, I have found that if I had someone to help me work through issues of stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and many other life factors I would have been successful sooner.
I have experience in diverse cultures where I have found I learn just as much from the people around me as they learn from me. Having an open mind and listening to my clients helps me to relate and understand them and develop a treatment plan or plan of action with them that makes them feel comfortable.
I have an extensive history helping individuals understand their career path, educational needs, and learning life skills. I have a passion for mental health because of the family history with depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, and substance abuse, and it drives me to want to help others.
I believe it is important to empower individuals, couples, and families towards a sense of normalcy and autonomy, and developing skills to meet the goals they have for their lives. Taking a holistic approach to counseling I take into consideration the whole person and stive to build a good working relationship with each client to better understand them, helping them feel at ease at a time that may feel stressful and awkward, and helping them navigate life's challenges.
In my free time I like to go to the beach, take a walk in nature, and enjoy spending time with my children and 2 dogs. I also enjoy learning, reading, and going to amusement parks when time allows.

My approach is direct, supportive, and intentional. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and expectations that may be keeping you stuck and what it could look like to move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and intention.
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, you simply want to understand yourself better, make different choices, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are becoming.

With over 20 years of experience working with the autism spectrum disorder community, Laurie brings both expertise and compassion to her work.
She understands that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and that healing is rarely a straight path. Laurie meets clients where they are with patience, creativity, and encouragement, helping them move forward at their own pace.
Laurie creates a warm, safe, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring emotions, challenges, and goals. My clinical background includes training in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where effective, evidence-based care was essential. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies to help you understand patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful change.
I began my clinical work as a Behavioral Health Officer in the U.S. Army, where I worked in high-stress operational settings. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded—I aim to create a space where you can be yourself while doing real, meaningful work.

Trauma has haunted you for years. It’s left you with nightmares and flashbacks. It’s caused you to distrust others and push them away. It’s made you feel broken and hopeless. You’ve tried everything you can think of to shed the weight of the past. You’ve read the books, tried the life hacks… You may have even talked to a therapist. But now, you’re out of options. Nothing has helped you transition from being a survivor to someone who’s truly alive. And you’re all talked out. No matter how many times you tell your story, nothing changes. The search for relief is exhausting. This might be your last shot at getting help.
