New to Grow
I am a bilingual clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma, depression, and anxiety. My practice is built on a fundamental belief: you possess the internal power to reflect on your life, understand yourself from new perspectives, and integrate meaningful changes. With a deep clinical background in PTSD, domestic violence, and sexual assault, I provide a survivor-centered space that prioritizes your safety and agency. I am also passionate about psychedelic-assisted therapy and am trained in harm reduction and integration, offering a grounded, non-judgmental approach to processing non-ordinary states of consciousness. I work using person-centered, feminist, and anti-racist frameworks, meaning I recognize that your individual challenges are often inextricably linked to the systems you live within.
In our first hour together, my goal is to create a supportive and reflective exchange. We will move at your pace —especially important when navigating traumatic histories— as we explore what brought you here and what you hope to cultivate in your life. You can expect a space that feels both safe and intellectually stimulating. My aim is that you leave our first session with a deeper understanding of the work we will be doing together to address your concerns.
My work is defined by the intersection of clinical expertise and a commitment to social justice. My strengths include: Trauma-Informed Advocacy: A deep professional background in supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I provide specialized care for PTSD that prioritizes your agency and long-term safety. Systemic & Inclusive Frameworks: Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, I use feminist and anti-racist lenses to understand how power dynamics and systemic oppression impact your mental health. Bilingual Clinical Care: I offer culturally nuanced therapy in both English and Spanish. Integration Specialist: I provide a grounded, safe space for those navigating psychedelic/altered state experiences, focusing on harm reduction and the practical integration of insights into daily life.
