My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive. I work with clients to identify their unique strengths, values, and goals, empowering them to overcome obstacles, improve their mental health, and enhance their overall well-being. Through a combination of empathy, validation, and skill-building, I supports clients in creating positive change and living more fulfilling lives. Meeting clients wherever they are in order to make change.
Clients will have the opportunity to share what is currently working and not working in theirs so that we can work together to meet a common goal, meeting them wherever they are presently.

I often use Cognitive Behavior Therapy in my practice. In your first session we will discuss your current needs and explore appriopriate avenues for change or improvement.
