Hi, I’m Shannell, a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging and overwhelming moments. I specialize in working with women, moms, and professionals who are balancing multiple responsibilities and often feel the weight of stress, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion. I also work with men who are ready to better understand their emotions and develop healthier ways of coping and communicating. My approach is warm, supportive, and person-centered—while also being practical and solution-focused. I create a safe space where you can be open and honest, while also helping you identify patterns, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. With a background in crisis counseling, acute mental health, and private practice, I understand how heavy life can feel at times—and more importantly, how to help you work through it. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, or struggling with anxiety or depression, you don’t have to do it alone. Hi, I’m Keira, a therapist for women who are tired of overthinking, feeling stuck, and carrying everything on their own. You might be high-functioning in your day-to-day life, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve tried to “figure it out” on your own, but keep running into the same patterns. I specialize in insight-oriented therapy—helping you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why. Together, we’ll look at the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, relationships, and emotions so you can create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll help you see things from new angles, challenge what’s not working, and support you in building a stronger, more grounded sense of self. I work best with clients who are open to self-reflection and interested in understanding themselves on a deeper level. If you’re looking for a space to explore, gain insight, and make lasting changes, we’ll likely be a good fit.

Hi! I'm a licensed therapist in Georgia. I knew I wanted to be a therapist when I was in the 3rd grade. I would wait at the swing set for my friends to come talk to me about their problems. As someone who was born into poverty and struggled with traumas of my own, I know how difficult life can be at times. Being there for others was something that took my mind off of the stressors of home. After becoming a teen mom, I knew I had to change my life for the better to support my family. I went to college to both heal myself and learn how to help and heal others. I am passionate about helping others meet their goals, feel happy, and have loving supportive relationships in their lives. I believe in practicing what I preach, so you know that if I'm asking you to try something then I've tried it myself and know it works. I believe that we all have the answers inside of us, I just help you find them.

I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices that empower clients to better understand their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. I integrate several therapeutic modalities in my work, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based approaches. Through these methods, I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful or “stuck” beliefs related to past experiences, strengthen personal motivation for growth, and develop greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present moment. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported as they explore difficult emotions and experiences. Together, we work to develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate healthier perspectives that support long-term well-being. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are navigating trauma, stress, life transitions, and mood or anxiety-related concerns. I've been a mental health counselor longer than I was a person and when I discovered such I realized how to turn my life journey and passion for wellness and identity into a way of helping others find meaning, relief, and direction during life transitions and challenges. I am a psychotherapist and wellness expert who enjoys being a support and open ear for those in need of a safe space and change within their lives. With a diverse background in providing therapy and counseling services, I like to start with meeting you where you are at and seeing the path that you desire. Relationships can become painful when communication breaks down, conflict keeps repeating, trust feels fragile, or emotional distance grows. I help couples and individuals work through marriage concerns, relationship stress, repeated arguments, emotional triggers, intimacy difficulties, attachment wounds, infidelity, betrayal, and broken trust. My approach is compassionate, practical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and faith-sensitive when desired. I help clients identify the patterns that keep them stuck and develop healthier ways to communicate, understand one another, manage conflict, rebuild trust, and create stronger emotional connection. For couples affected by infidelity or betrayal, I provide a structured space to address the impact of the betrayal, understand triggers, improve transparency and accountability, and begin rebuilding safety and trust. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, pornography-related concerns, emotional distress, and relationship challenges. Therapy may focus on understanding emotional patterns, improving coping skills, strengthening boundaries, increasing self-awareness, and developing healthier relationships with yourself and others. I have completed Levels 1 and 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which informs my work with communication, conflict, friendship, intimacy, trust, and relationship repair. I integrate evidence-based interventions with sensitivity to each client’s culture, values, family background, and spiritual beliefs. Whether you are feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, betrayed, stuck in the same arguments, or uncertain about the future of your relationship, therapy can provide a structured place to slow down, understand what is happening, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help clients move from confusion and repeated patterns toward greater clarity, connection, emotional safety, and healthier relationships.

My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well. I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons. With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia. I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

Greetings. My name is Lekisha Glenn. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. My passion for helping others began as a teenager while volunteering with children in foster care, and has since evolved into over a decade of dedicated service across various settings. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families, particularly those facing difficulties with behavior, focus, emotional regulation, and adjustment. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, anger management, autism spectrum disorder, depression, trauma, grief, domestic violence, DMDD, and other adjustment-related issues. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and integrate both my personal resilience as a trauma survivor and clinical expertise to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. Clients describe me as warm, relatable, and highly supportive—someone who truly meets you where you are. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Art Therapy, and Talk Therapy. I believe in helping clients identify root causes and build practical tools for emotional well-being and personal growth. With a strong background in working with children and adolescents who struggle with discipline, anger, attention, anxiety, trauma, and depression, I feel that I have a natural ability to connect and guide young clients in a way that fosters trust, empowerment, and change. “It’s not the load that breaks you down, it’s the way that you carry it.” I am ready to walk beside you on your journey toward healing. If you are prepared to do the work and seek a safe, supportive space to grow, transform, and thrive—schedule an appointment with me today.

Hi, I'm Derrick, a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and founder of Guardian Path Counseling Services. With more than 15 years of experience in mental health and education, I work with adolescents, teens, and adults facing anxiety, stress, behavioral concerns, emotional challenges, and life's many transitions. My style is supportive, practical, and direct. I believe in plain talk over a lot of clinical jargon and helping people make real progress in ways that actually fit their lives. Therapy should feel like a real conversation where you can be yourself, talk openly about what's going on, and leave with a clearer understanding of your situation and where you'd like to go next.
