(she/her)
Tosha S. Robbins has over 25 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and military families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, emotion regulation, and family conflict. Tosha combines cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness while utilizing the individual’s strengths to help work through identified issues. It can be difficult to ask for help, and I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
In the first session we will establish rapport to gather information about your history and reasons for seeking therapy. I will explain scheduling, contact information and discuss what you can expect moving forward with me.
Mindful Moments Counseling & Consulting - Helping to Change Lives One Moment at a Time "I am an encourager, and active listener but I believe in challenging my clients, within their comfort and consent, to reach their potential and find their peace."
My ideal client is someone that is open to change and learning skills to help make the necessary life changes. One that is willing to be open and honest with themselves as well as the therapist. Challenges themselves to explore their emotions, thoughts and behaviors for growth. My ideal client would also be focused on addressing past and current traumas and anxieties.
