Hi! I am Ramona Hall. I’m a licensed professional counselor based in South Georgia. I am glad you are here and taking the first step towards better mental health. I want you to feel safe and comfortable from the moment we meet. I want to walk alongside you as you discover the best version of yourself. I received my Master's degree from Liberty University, and I have been practicing in the mental health field for over 6 years.
During your first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy. We will explore the connection we have and whether we are a good fit to help you reach your goals in therapy.
I received my Master's Degree late in life, because I wanted to inspire people through Christian Counseling and Coaching to live their best life. I enjoyed it so much I went on to pursue full licensure as a professional counselor. I have an easy-going, down-to-earth, come as you are approach to which many clients are drawn. Clients have reported that I am easy to talk to, non-judgmental, observant and insightful.
My ideal client is one that is searching for ways they can increase healthy coping skills, and decrease stress levels, depression and anxiety. I welcome the client who wants to work in collaboration with a therapist to help them reach their goals in life, with the understanding that it takes time and effort to change years of thoughts and beliefs.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past six years. We will use CBT techniques to recognize how your irrational or negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to develop practical coping skills, change your thinking patterns, and change behavioral responses.

Verbally integrating Biblical principles, passages, doctrines, stories, and information into your treatment session.
