I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I help adults navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship stress, career struggles, OCD, and ADHD. My goal is to support you in becoming the best version of yourself. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where your unique needs are respected. I value the trust you place in me as your therapist—and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I’m proud of you for taking that first step. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and provide a safe, respectful space for all identities.
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin creating a plan that supports your growth. It’s a relaxed and collaborative process—you’re not in it alone.
One of my greatest strengths is meeting people exactly where they are—with no pressure and no judgment. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect, and I use warmth, humor, and authenticity to create a supportive environment. I believe laughter can be healing, and I encourage clients to find moments of joy, even during challenging times.
I work with adults from all walks of life who are ready to explore change, gain clarity, and feel more in control of their lives. While I don’t currently work with children or adolescents, I welcome clients facing a wide range of challenges and goals. If you identify as LGBTQ+, you are welcome here — I’m committed to supporting you with respect and affirmation.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I regularly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. With CBT, we work together to identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop more balanced, realistic ways of thinking. Over time, this approach can reduce anxiety, improve mood, and increase confidence. I tailor CBT to each person’s needs—whether you're managing everyday stress or navigating more persistent struggles like OCD, ADHD, or relationship challenges. It's a practical, empowering approach that helps you take meaningful steps toward change.
Grief Therapy
Grief looks different for everyone, and there’s no “right” way to move through it. In our work together, I provide a compassionate space where you can process loss at your own pace—whether you're grieving a loved one, a relationship, a life transition, or even a version of yourself you’ve had to let go. Grief counseling allows us to honor your experience while gently helping you find meaning, healing, and a way forward that feels authentic to you.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use a solution-focused approach to help you move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered. We’ll identify what’s already working in your life, clarify your goals, and build practical steps you can try right away. If you’re unsure about long-term therapy, solution-focused work can be a great way to start — we focus on your goals and what you want to change, and you can decide what comes next. My style is person-centered, non-judgmental, and focused on your strengths
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
If you feel stuck in cycles of stress or emotional overwhelm, DBT skills can help you regain control and feel more stable. We’ll focus on building skills that improve emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and self-compassion. I also incorporate mindfulness and grounding tools to support emotional regulation and stress relief.
