Tamieka Loftley
I am licensed in Georgia with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
Having worked in a prison setting, school system, hospital and many other settings, has allowed me to work with different people from all backgrounds and because I love people I show empathy regardless of their income, race or cultural background.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges that brought you to therapy. This will give you and I the opportunity to create a treatment plan that will outline realistic goals specifically for your needs.
Strengths
Having worked in a prison setting, school system, hospital and many other settings, has allowed me to work with different people from all backgrounds and because I love people I show empathy regardless of their income, race or cultural background. I am eager to get an understanding of a person's background. We are not all the same, that's the beauty of it.
Ideal clients
I love working with clients that are looking for a listening ear and assistance to help through challenges in life from grief to difficult relationships both past and current.
