Hello, my name is Chris Andrews, and I’m a native Atlantan, born and raised in Southwest Atlanta. I attended Georgia State University, where I began developing a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. With over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with both adolescents and adults, primarily addressing issues related to family conflict, school and work struggles, and behaviors that disrupt home life and relationships. Throughout my career, I’ve seen the powerful impact that support and guidance can have in helping individuals and families break through barriers and create healthier environments. Outside of my professional life, I’m happily married with two children. When I’m not helping others find balance and peace in their lives, I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking in nature, and staying active. I look forward to working together and helping you or your loved ones overcome any challenges you may be facing.

I have four years of experience as a Mental Health Counselor, preceded by four years in Crisis Prevention and Addiction Recovery, supporting individuals through life's most difficult seasons. I work with individuals beginning at age 8 through older adulthood, using an eclectic, evidence-based approach tailored to each person's unique needs. Hello, I am very happy to meet you here. My name is Cassandra Sams, but please call me Sandy. I have been working as a counselor for over 20 years. Most of my experience has been in private practice but I also spent some time in agencies working with children and adolescents. I believe the agency work gave me wonderful opportunities to work with families and to help them navigate very challenging issues like mood disorders and anxiety. I feel very privileged to have been allowed to help parents find new behaviors to help them navigate the world of parenting. I also have been able to help children and adolescents understand their parents' perspectives. Likewise, I really enjoy working with individuals who are dealing with various life transitions such as leaving school to go to college or into the workforce, leaving college and building a career, getting married and having children, or struggling with the mid-life crisis and coping with career changes or life changes such as divorce or deaths of family members. I do not consider myself to be the expert of your life. You are the expert and I am the witness. I feel honored and privileged to be invited into your life experiences and to be a witness to your life's journey. I believe that your story is sacred and I thank you for allowing me to be a part of it. I use cognitive behavioral strategies blended with existential therapy to assist you in discovering what your story is. My hope is that you will learn to love your stories as much as I do.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with experience helping individuals reconnect with themselves and create more intentional, balanced lives. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, whether that’s in relationships, life transitions, or their own internal dialogue. Many clients enter into therapy feeling uncertain, disconnected, or weighed down by stress, anxiety, or unresolved experiences. Through our work together, clients begin to feel more grounded, more clear, and more in control of their lives. They learn how to set boundaries without guilt, manage their emotions with confidence, and show up in their relationships in a way that feels more authentic and aligned. My clients often leave therapy with a stronger sense of self, a deeper understanding of their needs, and the ability to move through life with greater peace, clarity, and intention.

Since earning my Master's in Social Work in 2016, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life's challenges. My journey has taken me from child protective services and a mental health hospital in Colorado, to working with individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction, and serving as a school social worker across all grade levels. Now, in Georgia, I balance my private practice with working as a clinician at a crisis center, helping those in mental health emergencies. Hi. I am a middle-aged married mother of one grown and one smaller child. Our next anniversary will be 12 years for us. We were both married before finding each other, so there is a history of blending families with children. I am a Christian and Jesus is the foundation of my life. "Through Christ, we can do all things." Philippians 4:13. I have my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience in private practice settings and working in a community service board (CSB). I have led anger management groups. I have worked with ages from childhood to the elderly. I have worked with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, family conflicts, relationship difficulties, traumas, abuse, bipolar disorder (manic episodes), suicidal ideations, personal growth (career, etc.), and spiritual development. Life can be quite challenging. Many times we are facing situations that we are not prepared for or have prior hurts that affect our ability to overcome. When we get into these places it is easy to feel stuck or even blind to what is really going on. It is easy to shut down and isolate out of fear of what others may think. I enjoy providing a safe, warm, and caring environment to help you pull down any walls or barriers so you can face the situation head-on. Many past clients have shared how I have helped them see things in a different light so they were able to rise above the challenges and grow during the process. "All things work together good for those who are called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28 You were created for a purpose and I want to help you discover what that is while helping you equip yourself better for it.

I provide counseling for children, teens, and young adults in a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. My approach is strengths-based, developmentally appropriate, and sensitive to past experiences. In therapy, I help clients build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence so they can better manage stress, big emotions, relationships, and everyday challenges. My goal is to support meaningful, lasting change by giving clients practical tools they can use in real life. In addition to counseling, I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations to help families better understand concerns related to attention and focus (ADHD), autism, learning differences, emotional regulation, anxiety, mood challenges, and executive functioning skills such as organization and self-control. These evaluations are thorough but easy to understand and highlight both strengths and areas needing support. When appropriate, I provide clear diagnoses along with practical, individualized recommendations that families and schools can use right away.

Are you stressed and overwhelmed by your health, your day-to-day life, or your relationships? As a Psychologist with more than 30 years of experience, as well as being a two-time breast cancer survivor and a caretaker for my elderly parents, I can help you to navigate health issues and life stresses more effectively. Life can be difficult for each of us at some point in time, in ways unique to our own circumstances. My goal is to help people through the tough chapters so that they move into better chapters with additional tools to handle challenges and stresses. I don't view people as being broken or needing fixing. We all need someone with whom to sort things through at times, someone who isn't part of our day-to-day mix. In therapy, clients develop more effective expectations by redefining their stresses and challenges, reduce emotional upset and distress by looking at their issues from a new angle, and feel empowered by trying new approaches to effective problem-solving. I would be pleased to walk this journey with you, to reduce stress and find a more satisfying approach to life. Available appointments are those set aside specifically for intakes. I see clients through Grow Therapy on Monday and Tuesday. I cannot do letters, FMLA forms or provide disability opinions for clients who have not already been involved in therapy with me for at least several months. While I really enjoy working with individuals aged 65 and older, due to Medicare regulations, I cannot see traditional Medicare clients for self-pay. I can see those seniors with Medicare Replacement plans which are accepted by Grow Therapy. I only work with individuals, and do not do marital or family therapy.

Hello! I am Mackenzie, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing virtually in Georgia, Colorado, and Kansas. My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm and nonjudgmental space for young adults navigating life’s transitions and challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, and other adjustments that can come with life changes. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, with a focus on helping clients gain clarity, develop practical coping skills, and feel more confident navigating whatever comes next. Outside of work, you can usually find me outdoors hiking, taking long walks, or visiting a park with my husband and our two dogs. I also love exploring new restaurants, reading, and unwinding with a puzzle.

Hello, My name is Dr. Mark Pope. I have a Ph.D. in Psychology, and I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice for over 10 years. I've worked with a wide variety of clients treating issues such as general anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, depression, PTSD, OCD, as well as those family & relationship problems we encounter throughout our lives. I worked for 15 years as an executive in public health leading an award-winning mental health and wellness program, presenting to international audiences on psychological and therapeutic issues and solutions. I've found my experience working with world class researchers and scientists to be a constant source of inspiration and the friendships I've made continue to bring new ideas and techniques into my private practice. I've also benefited from my time in the U.S. Marine Corps, which gives me insight into experiences and issues associated with military service. I continue to pursue a continuous learning approach to life, always looking to improve as a person and as a therapist. My goal is to provide my friends, family, and clients with the best me possible.

I discovered a strong calling to support women navigating self-doubt, perfectionism, overthinking, and the weight of constantly putting others’ needs before their own. If you see yourself in this, you are not alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you work toward the goals that matter most to you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from Orlando, Florida, now proudly serving clients in Georgia and Florida. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, Motivational Interviewing techniques, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. I identify as she/her and as a Latina therapist, and I’m passionate about providing culturally informed therapy that honors the intersection of identity, culture, family dynamics, and lived experience. Creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and represented is central to my work. Outside of being a mental health therapist, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, practicing yoga, being near the water, reading, and meditating.
