Welcome to my practice - Holistic Healing Counseling Services! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. At the heart of my practice is a strong, authentic connection because I believe real change begins with a genuine therapeutic relationship. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I take the time to understand who you are, what matters most to you, and what you need right now. Drawing on years of experience in mental health and social services, I offer practical tools and compassionate guidance to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. As a culturally responsive and inclusive counselor, I honor your unique identity and lived experiences. Together, we’ll work toward the goals you define, at your pace!
Our first session is all about getting to know each other and beginning to build a foundation of trust. We'll start with brief introductions and then I’ll ask open-ended questions to better understand what’s bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. From what we discuss, I’ll begin to develop a personalized plan tailored to your goals, and we’ll talk about what our future sessions might look like. Most importantly, this session is a space for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered to begin your journey toward meaningful change.
Being a counselor for over a decade, I have developed a client-centered approach to meet clients where they are while challenging them to grow into a better version of themselves. We will work together to identify root causes and specific goals that'll lead to measurable progression.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to take meaningful steps toward change, even if they’re not quite sure what that change looks like yet. My ideal clients are open to growth, willing to explore their thoughts and emotions, and are motivated to break patterns that no longer serve them. You don’t need to have it all figured out, you just need to be willing to start the journey. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where real progress can happen.
In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts impact your emotions and experiences. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to challenge those thoughts to change your life experiences for the better.
With DBT, we will identify tools and strategies to help you build your distress tolerance, regulate your emotions, and cope with life stressors.
