Welcome to Holistic Healing Counseling Services! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. It is very difficult to meet the demands of everyday life when you haven't healed from past trauma and new challenges continue to surface. Overtime, this is often how we start to lean on maladaptive behaviors. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues or grief, I am here to help. Together we will form a therapeutic alliance, identify your needs, goals, and work towards healing.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is all about getting to know each other and beginning to build a foundation of trust. We'll start with brief introductions and then I’ll ask open-ended questions to better understand what’s bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. From what we discuss, I’ll begin to develop a personalized plan tailored to your goals, and we’ll talk about what our future sessions might look like. Most importantly, this session is a space for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered to begin your journey toward meaningful change.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a counselor for over a decade, I have developed a client-centered approach to meet clients where they are while challenging them to grow into a better version of themselves. I’m not a “nod and smile” therapist; I’m engaged, present, and invested in helping you create real change. I balance compassion with accountability, helping you understand patterns while also guiding you toward healthier choices. We will work together to identify root causes and specific goals that'll lead to measurable progression.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with individuals and couples who are tired of repeated cycles and truly want to heal. You may be overwhelmed, stuck in the same patterns, or trying hard to manage everything on your own with little success. You’ve done your best—tried different strategies, pushed through, talked to family and friends, shut down, started over—but nothing seems to create the lasting change you want. You’re coming to therapy because you’re ready for something different. You want clarity, healthier coping skills, emotional balance, and a better relationship with yourself and/or your partner. My ideal clients are open to growth, willing to be challenged, and ready to explore the deeper layers that keep them stuck. You know change is necessary, and you’re not afraid to be challenged and do the work it takes to get there. I work best with individuals and couples who are ready for change but may not know how and that's okay. We'll work together to figure that out!
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts impact your emotions and experiences. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to challenge and replace negative thoughts about yourself, others, and the world around you.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
With DBT, we will identify tools and strategies to help you build your distress tolerance, regulate your emotions, and build healthy coping skills.
Couples Counseling
We will create a supportive space to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen your relationship. We will break unhealthy patterns, navigate challenges, and help you grow together with intention.
Strength-Based
We will work together to shift from focusing only on problems to acknowledging your inherent strengths, talents, and resources. We will aim to build self-esteem, resilience, and empowerment by leveraging your successes to overcome challenges.
