I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based out of Georgia and I pride myself on building a genuine rapport with my clients as the foundation of our therapeutic relationship. Additionally, with over 10 years of experience in the mental health and social service field, I am equipped with effective tools to help you manage life's challenges. As a diverse counselor, I remain client-centered to identify your needs and work collaboratively to help you reach your identified goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions and open ended questions to identify specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Being a counselor for over 10 years, I have developed a client-centered approach to meet clients where they are while challenging them to grow into a better version of themselves. We will work together to identify root causes and specific goals that'll lead to measurable progression.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I provide individual, family, and couples counseling to adolescents 13+ and adults who are ready for change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts impact your emotions and experiences. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to challenge those thoughts to change your life experiences for the better.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

With DBT, we will identify tools and strategies to help you build your distress tolerance, regulate your emotions, and cope with life stressors.
