I needed to look deeper Within and search out some things that were keeping me from being my best self. She helps me to quickly identify my areas that needed reflection. And I was able to open up to her because I could tell she was authentic and and knowledgeable. Most of all I felt safe

My experience with Mrs. Tracy Batten was refreshing and empowering. We were able to hit a lot of areas in the session. I was not overwhelmed, I left with clarity, a plan, and encouragement. I am looking forward to our next session and the growth that comes from this.
