Have you been feeling a shift or intense desire to change? You know there is a better way of life but are unsure how to achieve the ultimate level of rest, happiness, and overall balance. I believe in soul healing and a return to wholeness through mind, body, and soul practices. I can support you through this journey with holistic and clinical paths to achieve complete wholeness. (Services available for Georgia and Hawaii) I specialize in trauma, emotional stress, LGBTQA+ issues, overcoming depression, reducing anxiety, processing grief, and sexual abuse survivors for BIPOC.
