It is my belief that you have everything you need within you to live your best life and be your best self, however, unhealed wounds can slow that timeline of seeing that manifest. It is my goal to guide, educate, support, and empower my clients on their way to healing.
I find great joy when my clients have that light bulb moment when they realize they in fact can be the captain of their healing/journey. I also understand that not everyone is of the mindset that they need healing and may require someone to help them build their personal road map of goals, I can also assist with that and would say I would serve in more of a coaching role for you.
Lastly, picking the right therapist can be scary, I would like to share that I find the therapeutic alliance as a collaboration of communication, honesty, and mutual respect. If you feel I am a good fit for you, I would love to walk alongside you as you explore your inner challenges and develop long-term solutions to those challenges.

If you’ve been carrying more than you let others see, trying to “push through,” you’re not alone. Initially many of my clients are carrying a heavy load in secret, attempting to force themselves through burdening exhaustion every single day. They come to me feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to even begin. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or weighed down by emotions that are hard to name or understand.
In therapy with me, we’ll gently begin to make sense of what you’ve been holding. We will navigate together in order to transform your heaviest burdens into a map for your future. We will identify the beliefs and patterns that keep you feeling stuck and begin building new ones that feel more empoweing. As a therapist specializing in anxiety, grief, and trauma, I will help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore, heal, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I’m a proud, multi-hyphenated Black woman and one of my deepest joy's is walking alongside people as they grow their self-love, self-worth, and capacity to live authentically. I work with clients to unabashedly honor themselves, their stories, and their desires for the future. In our work together, I’m committed to decolonizing therapy—honoring the lived realities of people of color, using tools and language that affirm your identity, and creating a space where all parts of you are welcome as you grow into more of yourself.
I’m a mental health professional with a background in counseling, education, human services, and advocacy. I’ve worked with adults, youth, and families navigating relationships, life transitions, identity, stress, and difficult circumstances. My approach is relational, practical, and individualized. I believe therapy is about understanding the whole person, not just the problem that brought you in, and creating meaningful change that carries beyond the therapy room.
Hi, I’m Ashley Smith, and I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, OCD, relationship or intimacy concerns, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where healing and growth can happen.
One of my favorite moments as a therapist is when something finally “clicks” for a client — that moment when they begin to understand why they think, feel, or react the way they do. Even more rewarding is watching them learn how to break free from patterns that have been holding them back and begin creating the life they want. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than seeing people discover their own strength and realize lasting change is possible.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when past experiences, anxiety, or self-doubt make it hard to move forward. As a warm and grounding therapist (who isn’t afraid to add a little humor when it helps), I create a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. You just need to show up as you are. I help adults, teens, couples, BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those navigating spiritual or religious trauma reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and build healthier patterns.

My approach is compassionate- yet still gently challenging, collaborative and individualized because I know that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. During the last several years, I have worked extensively with many families, adolescents, and couples to assist in their healing process using multiple evidence based therapeutic modalities.

Hi there, I'm Agathe
Do you feel overwhelmed by thoughts of the past or worries of the future? Are you struggling to manage relationships with family, friends and coworkers? Is it hard to take care of your needs?
I practice a merriment of evidence-based therapy approaches tailored to meet your needs, including exposure therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, women’s issues and body positivity.
Together, we will process difficult feelings and identify tools that work for you so you can live your best life. We'll use a holistic approach tailored to empower you to live the life you dream of. I'm here to support you in your therapeutic journey.
I look forward to working with you!
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood—a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment. I also believe that meaningful growth sometimes requires stepping outside of our comfort zones, challenging old patterns, and discovering strengths we may have forgotten we possess.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative, with just the right amount of gentle challenge. I strive to create a comfortable, authentic environment where we can explore life's difficulties while also recognizing opportunities for growth and change. I won't simply sit back and nod along, but I also won't push you before you're ready. I believe in meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
One of my greatest professional passions is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I am drawn to EMDR because of its ability to help individuals process painful experiences, work through trauma, and begin to loosen the grip that past experiences can have on their present lives. I believe that our experiences shape us, but they do not have to define us. EMDR offers an opportunity to move beyond simply understanding what has happened to us and toward experiencing meaningful emotional healing.
I value humor when appropriate and honest conversations. Therapy can be hard work, but it doesn't always have to feel heavy.
**Above all, I want you to know that you don't have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy.** You just have to be willing to start. I'll meet you there, and we'll work together to find a path forward.
I'm someone who experienced many adverse childhood experiences and academic challenges to be where I am in life requires determination, faith and relentless hope. So I would be doing a injustice myself and others to not be being a bridge builder. When I'm not working I enjoy walking in the park, going to the gym, going on cruises and hanging out with my wife and kids.
My goal is to help my clients uncover their innate resiliency that will help them meet the life challenges before them. I will help my clients reach the unique goals that contribute to mental wellness.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I have helped countless individuals work through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges. I am a driven, client-centered therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals in becoming the best version of themselves. I strive to create a warm, empowering space where clients feel heard, valued, and encouraged to grow. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep commitment to helping each person uncover their strengths, overcome challenges, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
My name is Kevin Crabtree, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. I wanted to be a therapist from the time I saw Deanna Troi on Star Trek: The Next Generation, because I knew even then that feeling truly heard and understood could change everything. Since 2008, I've worked with at-risk children and families, federal and state prisoners, and military service members and their families, and that range has given me a deep and practical understanding of how human beings actually navigate hard times.
I am solution-focused and strength-based, and I work to reduce the stigma around mental health by helping clients build support, expand coping skills, and find language for what they're experiencing. I have a particular focus on men's mental health, especially for Southern men who may have grown up with the message that asking for help is a weakness. I believe getting support sooner makes everything else, relationships, career, daily life, more manageable, and I try to make that process feel as straightforward and judgment-free as possible.
In our first session, I'll share a bit about my background, give you a tour of the Grow platform, and then we'll start talking about what brings you in and what you're hoping to get out of our work together.
I takes a special interest in overcoming the barriers to mental health care for Southern men, aged 20-50.
