In our first session we will go over what goals you have for counseling. We will discuss where you are currently at and where you want to be.
I am down to earth and easy to talk to. I create an environment where my clients feel safe but also challenged. I meet my clients where they are at and provide the support, guidance and encouragement for them to change thoughts and patterns to create the life they want. If you are looking for a time that is not available on my calendar, please message me and I will attempt to work with your schedule.
My primary forms of treatment include CBT, DBT and client focused counseling. I enjoy working with clients who desire change in their lives. I approach the counseling relationship as one in which we work together to help you reach your goals.
